TERRIBLE!!!
Our nonprofit partnered with Sellfy for on demand apparel and fulfillment. Recently, a customer made an order and never received the shipment. We contacted customer support, and literally got no help. They wouldn’t contact the shipper that they hired. They wouldn’t refund the order. They wouldn’t fulfill a new order we offered to pay all repeat costs for. Now we are left trying to figure out how to refund the customer even though we don’t work as a merchant. We used Sellfy to avoid having to do this. Now we are out money, and the customer doesn’t have their order. Sellfy, however, has their money and zero responsibility. They are the only winners here while everyone else is left with loss. After this experience, I cannot recommend Sellfy in any way.

Great for small creators
This service makes it very easy to build and run your own webshop although there are limits to customisation depending on your subscription, that is not very apparent when you're in trial mode. There's room for improvement where it comes to the sales analytics as well. Customer service is exceptional, very helpful and responsive.

This is such a good platform for ecommerce solutions. They offer digital products, physical products and print on demand! They offer the ability to order sample products for the print on demand products -- AND THEY ARE SUCH GOOD QUALITY!!! My customers are blown away at the quality of the printing and how it withstands multiple washings without affecting the print at all. Their customer support is super helpful and they are very kind. If you want professional service and a reliable app --- you have to buy Sellfy!
Trouble with getting support
(There's an update below) Setup was easy. Sales went mostly smoothly except you're stuck with shipping labels saying the products are coming from "Online Store at Online Store". They say this can't be changed. Also, I thought their guides were useful until I had issues trying to link my domain name from Squarespace to my Sellfy store. I submitted a support ticket last week with no response. I followed up today and they responded quickly saying they were waiting for a response from me to a previous email that said to respond if I had any questions. I didn't have any questions... so why imply that they didn't respond to my new request because I didn't respond that an email that didn't need a response? They asked me to read their guides again and reply if I still need help. For crying out loud, I already explained in my request last week that their guides didn't help and that's the whole reason I was asking for help. So, I have re-sent everything again and am asking them how many times I need to ask for help before they will actually help. I was starting to feel good about choosing Sellfy... until now. UPDATE: Thankfully, someone else finally assisted. My store is now functional.

The visitor traffic to your shop without promotion is quite satisfactory, however it would be good to further detail the insights on the shop's statistics to see what works or not, the frequency of return of visitors. The platform is very use friendly and easy to navigate as a first time user i was able to set up and activate my shop in one day. Also the ease with which you can upload products and monitor analytics is very convenient. However payment gateway integration options are limited for African countries. This should be looked into.

Setting up the store was very user friendly. I've checked other platforms, but by far this one was the easiest to setup. They have lots of options and offer great products. Definitely worth every penny!
Not feasible for business
Not feasible for business. Looked great on paper but just assigned a random URL to my store that wasn't able to be changed in settings which is really not ideal when trying to match it up to a business website :(
Good experiences so far
Never had a major problem with Sellfy. Minor issues, yes, but not a big deal to me. Found ways to work around it and still enjoy the platform. Recently I downgraded from business to starter as my business is put on hold for personal reasons and I encountered a problem with the downgrading . Customer service was swift to help . This is my first website/eshop and overall I have a good experience so far (going 4 years now).

Sellfy is the best website for creatives
Sellfy is the best website that I have had the pleasure of using being that I am a creative and am always looking for ways to keep others engaged. The affiliate marketing is already embedded, as well as the print on demand, which doesn't require you having to learn multiple apps and have them integrated into the website. I LOVE the features and the customer service are REAL HUMANS, not Ai. An answered prayer for sure.
