Saves me literally 10+ hours per week of email admin as the founder/CEO of my own company across both my work and personal emails. I was nervous at first about letting an AI tool categorise my email, having done it myself with filters for many years, but it did an amazing job from day one. Rules can be easily overridden where needed
What do you like best about SaneBox? I use SaneBox to categorize emails by priority and keep unimportant ones out of my inbox, which saves me 10 hours a week on email admin. I love how intuitive the initial rule set is and how easy it is to override rules by dragging emails from one place to another. It’s insanely useful for the price. I also like that it’s no-frills and does what it says on the tin, unlike other AI tools. Setup was surprisingly extremely easy, and it started categorizing emails right away. What do you dislike about SaneBox? Sometimes, when I try to override the training for an email that I or someone on my team has already replied to, SaneBox retrains on the replier instead of the original sender. I then need to update it in the same box portal, but it’s not a big deal. What problems is SaneBox solving and how is that benefiting you? Had Sanebox for years now, honestly don't know how I'd manage without it , the filtering system was so good even before AI And now basically indispensable since most of the email companies significantly limiting the amount of storage, unless you *upgrade* for a fee of course :( Do yourself a favour and let sanebox do the work
The company offers no telephone customer support, unless you buy the premium level!! I paid for a full year's service and it won't let me log in. No response when I tried to rectify this!
What do you like best about SaneBox? SaneBox has really been a lifesaver for managing my inbox. I appreciate that it can automatically sort emails into categories, putting the unnecessary ones into a folder that gets deleted over time, and others into a "sane later" folder for me to review daily. It's pretty amazing how it's able to learn what's a priority and what's not. Thanks to this, my inbox is always clean, and I reach inbox zero each week without missing anything important. I like that I didn’t have to change my primary email address, which would have been disruptive, because my inbox remains organized. The AI seems well-tuned in deciding what's important for me and what’s not, making sure I can review anything questionable. I also appreciated how easy it was to get SaneBox up and running—it sorted emails instantly and was helpful from the get-go. Sanebox has been a lifesaver for me in terms of managing my inbox! My inbox had gotten clogged with email that I didn't request or want, and spam filters could not sort it. I was at the point where I seriously considered changing my primary email address, which would have been really disruptive. I tried Sanebox, and it somehow was able to detect and automatically sort incoming email into categories - putting stuff I would never read into a "black hole" folder that would automatically delete after a period of time, and others that were questionable went into a SaneLater folder that I would review once a day. As I processed the SaneLater folder, it learned what was priority and what was not, so it progressively got better at understanding my inbox. But the net effect - as soon as I started using it, my inbox was clean and usable. I was able to get to Inbox Zero each week and stay there. And nothing important got away. I'm a lifer with this tool!
Sane Box is a great time saver! It helps me organize my inbox so that only the things I absolutely need to see go in my main inbox. Other less important emails get sent to other boxes that I have “trained” and that I can get to when time isn’t pressing. It is a very flexible program and one that I recommend to others when the subject of email management comes up. Thank you SaneBox!

There’s a bit of initial setup, but once that’s done, it’s very easy to use. The lower-priced tiers are definitely worth it. I just wish there were an option between the Lunch and Dinner plans, since that would probably be the sweet spot for me. My only real complaint is that the interface could use an update. I was so tired of wading through 100's of emails if I waited a few days to check my Icloud account. I ended up missing a very important email. So I looked around and found SaneBox. I did the trial and immediately it made a big difference. After the trial I purchased it and did a little more training of the emails with the digest. Fairly simple. Now, when I go to my inbox, there are real emails in it, not very many, but all the important ones. The advertising emails for my banks, CC's and other financial institutions go to the "Black Hole", meaning they aren't deleted for a month. I can quickly look into it and see if there's anything important. The other special folders have important emails in them. Now it only takes a few minutes to do my email, before Sanebox, it was like 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
I regularly receive more than 250 emails per day, and managing that volume had become increasingly difficult. Since discovering SaneBox and deciding to try it, I have been very pleased with the results. SaneBox automatically organizes my emails into folders that are simple to create and manage, which saves valuable time and makes it much easier to identify important messages. For example, news-related emails are directed to my News folder, finance-related emails to my Finance folder, entertainment emails to my Entertainment folder, and so forth. One of the most useful features is the BlackHole folder, which allows me to move unwanted emails out of my inbox; once a sender has been placed there, future messages from that sender are automatically routed to the same location. This has been particularly helpful for managing emails that bypass my spam filter. Overall, my email is now more organized than it has ever been. SaneBox is also highly trainable: once folders are created in my mail application, I can move messages to the appropriate folder, and SaneBox learns to route future emails from those senders accordingly. I give SaneBox 5 stars for ease to set-up, its performance, and its low cost for the benefit it provides.

As someone who provides fractional services, I end up with a new inbox for each client, and the chaos quickly multiplies. It took some trial and error, and I missed a few customer coupons for Kohl's and Michaels during the first couple of weeks, but I think it's set up well now. It took me about a month to get to this point. I must say, the staff has been phenomenal. Even now, when I email them with a question, they respond quickly and thoroughly, and they also follow up.e is. I was super happy with how my email was 'being trained.' It did take a bit of trial and error, and I missed some customer coupons for Kohl's and Michaels the first week or 2, but I think it's pretty well set up now. did take me about a month to get here. I will say the STAFF was PHENOMINAL - even now, I email and ask a queestion and they respond quickly and completely and tehn ALSO followup.

What do you like best about SaneBox? It works. The preset mailboxes grab the stuff that applies to everybody really well, so I only see it when I choose to look at that mailbox. That saves me from distractions. I don't get news or updates that aren't urgent from vendors. And the emails I do need to see never get grabbed and put somewhere else. The really clutch piece is that I've created mailboxes specific to me, and they work just as well. Sanebox just works. I 100% get fewer emails, and those that I get, I can address on my terms. Only the most pertinent emails are brought to the user's attention, which saves me an extraordinary amount of time. It took me awhile to get used to the folders and organizing in the way that "I think." My ability to work my emails without fearing that I will lose something is so valuable. There were some other options, but none of them worked with Yahoo! mail, which is the email platform that I have been using since 2002. The performance is seemless. I often forget that I am working with SaneBox in the background. SaneBox works on my computer and my iPhone. The pricing is worth it, especially considering the ROI that I have invested.
SaneBox - OMG! This is how email management should be. My coach recommended that I hire an administrative assistant to handle all of my emails, but SaneBox is doing that for me instead. I'm the type of person that gets overwhelmed with too many emails coming into my inbox. SaneBox really helped me move some of the not-important emails to other folders that I only needed to check infrequently. I've let the subscription lapse for just two hours, and I've already gotten 20 emails that I didn't really want in my inbox, just to demonstrate the value. The beginning is a little bit tedious because you need to train the AI as to what is important and what isn't, and frequently look into these other folders and make sure you didn't miss anything important. After a while, once you move it back into your inbox, SaneBox is pretty good at getting it right.

What do you like best about SaneBox? Sanebox is essential to maintain an Inbox Zero setup. I have been using Fastmail for years, and recently tried Sanebox. Now I can't live without it. My email is easily managed and every message is actionable without much hassle. Fastmail + Sanebox is a great combination. What do you dislike about SaneBox? Nothing. Everything about Sanebox has been great. I paid for my subscription before my trial ended because I felt so confident in how it was improving the way I use email. What problems is SaneBox solving and how is that benefiting you? Sanebox solves the clutter that used to live in my Inbox. Now, each message is quickly organized in easy to locate folders with actions to handle those messages much quicker. SaneLater and SaneNews help to move messages where they belong and allow me to read through them when I have the time throughout the day. And SaneBlackHole is a great option for discarding stuff you may want occasionally but for the pesky senders that like to email every hour.
I have been using SaneBox to manage my email for about three years now and I have been very happy with it. It has saved me countless hours in not reviewing low priority emails. I like the way it automatically keeps priority emails in my inbox so I don't waste time wading through the emails I need to respond to.
Sane box has really helped me shuffle through what is important and what can wait. It saves me 30 minutes a day and allows me to still look at things of interest to me, but on my schedule, when I have time, without them distracting me when working. Their customer service is great too. Love them.
