Sanebox has been a lifesaver for me in terms of managing my inbox! My inbox had gotten clogged with email that I didn't request or want, and spam filters could not sort it. I was at the point where I seriously considered changing my primary email address, which would have been really disruptive. I tried Sanebox, and it somehow was able to detect and automatically sort incoming email into categories - putting stuff I would never read into a "black hole" folder that would automatically delete after a period of time, and others that were questionable went into a SaneLater folder that I would review once a day. As I processed the SaneLater folder, it learned what was priority and what was not, so it progressively got better at understanding my inbox. But the net effect - as soon as I started using it, my inbox was clean and usable. I was able to get to Inbox Zero each week and stay there. And nothing important got away. I'm a lifer with this tool!
Sane Box is a great time saver
Sane Box is a great time saver! It helps me organize my inbox so that only the things I absolutely need to see go in my main inbox. Other less important emails get sent to other boxes that I have “trained” and that I can get to when time isn’t pressing. A real time-saver
SaneBox saves me a lot of time and is flexible enough to fit how I actually manage email. I use Messy Mode because I still like seeing emails as they come in, while letting SaneBox help organize everything in the background. There’s a bit of initial setup, but once that’s done, it’s very easy to use. The lower-priced tiers are definitely worth it. I just wish there were an option between the Lunch and Dinner plans, since that would probably be the sweet spot for me. My only real complaint is that the interface could use an update. It feels a little dated, but the service itself works well and makes my inbox much easier to manage.

I appreciate how SaneBox sorts and organizes my email. I subscribed so I could clean out my email boxes and not have to spend extra money for additional storage space. SaneBox allows me to easily filter for emails older than any date I choose, which makes for easy deletion decisions on my part. SaneBox has provided excellent customer service, always available to answer my questions and take suggestions for improvements.

I was so tired of wading through 100's of emails if I waited a few days to check my Icloud account. I ended up missing a very important email. So I looked around and found SaneBox. I did the trial and immediately it made a big difference. After the trial I purchased it and did a little more training of the emails with the digest. Fairly simple. Now, when I go to my inbox, there are real emails in it, not very many, but all the important ones. The advertising emails for my banks, CC's and other financial institutions go to the "Black Hole", meaning they aren't deleted for a month. I can quickly look into it and see if there's anything important. The other special folders have important emails in them. Now it only takes a few minutes to do my email, before Sanebox, it was like 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
SaneBox: A Smarter Way to Manage a High-Volume Inbox
I regularly receive more than 250 emails per day, and managing that volume had become increasingly difficult. Since discovering SaneBox and deciding to try it, I have been very pleased with the results. SaneBox automatically organizes my emails into folders that are simple to create and manage, which saves valuable time and makes it much easier to identify important messages. For example, news-related emails are directed to my News folder, finance-related emails to my Finance folder, entertainment emails to my Entertainment folder, and so forth. One of the most useful features is the BlackHole folder, which allows me to move unwanted emails out of my inbox; once a sender has been placed there, future messages from that sender are automatically routed to the same location. This has been particularly helpful for managing emails that bypass my spam filter. Overall, my email is now more organized than it has ever been. SaneBox is also highly trainable: once folders are created in my mail application, I can move messages to the appropriate folder, and SaneBox learns to route future emails from those senders accordingly. I give SaneBox 5 stars for ease to set-up, its performance, and its low cost for the benefit it provides.

It took some trial and error, and I missed a few customer coupons for Kohl's and Michaels during the first couple of weeks, but I think it's set up well now. It took me about a month to get to this point. I must say, the staff has been phenomenal. Even now, when I email them with a question, they respond quickly and thoroughly, and they also follow up.e is. I was super happy with how my email was 'being trained.' It did take a bit of trial and error, and I missed some customer coupons for Kohl's and Michaels the first week or 2, but I think it's pretty well set up now. did take me about a month to get here. I will say the STAFF was PHENOMINAL - even now, I email and ask a queestion and they respond quickly and completely and tehn ALSO followup.

Only the most pertinent emails are brought to the user's attention, which saves me an extraordinary amount of time. Get over inbox anxiety
I'm the type of person that gets overwhelmed with too many emails coming into my inbox. SaneBox really helped me move some of the not-important emails to other folders that I only needed to check infrequently. I've let the subscription lapse for just two hours, and I've already gotten 20 emails that I didn't really want in my inbox, just to demonstrate the value. The beginning is a little bit tedious because you need to train the AI as to what is important and what isn't, and frequently look into these other folders and make sure you didn't miss anything important. After a while, once you move it back into your inbox, SaneBox is pretty good at getting it right.

I've been using SaneBox for 4+ years now. It's a great feature for Fastmail and other email providers; helps keep my email manageable and it's extremely easy to use and train. Worth the price.

I provide fractional services and end up with a new inbox with every client. The level of overwhelm I experienced with this was huge before I found SaneBox. Now my inboxes are all well managed, I don't miss important e-mails in the collection of spam and advertising, and my unread count has dramatically reduced.

This is the feature I use most and saves time in getting my handws on emails I want to work on. I am a private user with a very small private business, but need to answer customer requests quite fast for this purpose. I have a ton of emails, due to ADHD, and consider SaneBox a necessity in order to manage all of them. I still have a lot of emails, but the number is cut down significantly. I can still check emails that were filtered out of my inbox to make any corrections. My recommendation is to keep up with these digests so that it takes less time to review. There's also an affiliate program for anyone who's interested. I don't know if I'll ever get to inbox zero, but at least I no longer have to spend hours daily just to check emails.
