I have been a Salesflare user for c. 8 years now. In that time it has become a very mature, very full-featured CRM that I'm really comfortable with. I particularly like the email integration and the fact that I can access both Gmail and iCloud accounts.
Sending mass emails is always easy, we do it straight through the app or Gmail. Customer service is always quick and helpful. The price point is great. I think they could do better on helping finding contacts for outreach, but everything else is great!
Finally a CRM that simplifies the core functions of sales and integrates it with your everyday apps. Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks...wash, rinse, repeat! Also allows easy automation with Zapier and their customer support is top notch. Very happy.
Been using the product since 2018, great for b2b sales, drip campaigns, and overall client management. Team is responsive and understanding of start up needs and challenges.
Great team ! Great product, the CRM is easy to use , I like that it is a small team and that they are easily accessible. The CRM is easy to use also.
1. Customer service - fast response times with the email-based customer service. 2. Flexible pipelines - I keep multiple pipelines for sales, experts I can rely on, and public speakers I can use. This flexibility is helpful for businesses in the media industry. 3. Reliable - I've been using it for years without downtime.
Great product at a reasonable price with great service. Salesflare team is responsive and has even adjusted the product based on user input. Highly recommend this CRM and this company.
What do you like best about Salesflare? I like how SF integrates with email and LinkedIn. The email finding feature is cool. I like the visual representation of the columns for funnels. Salesflare keeps all of my potential client work in order and even reminds me when it's time to reach out. Having everything organized on one page with all the detail available with a few clicks is very helpful!

It automates many of the routine tasks, ensuring thta I can stay on top of follow-ups and track vital customer information effortlessly. What do you dislike about Salesflare? The challenge I’ve encountered is when a General Manager has dual responsibilities across two locations. When I create an account for each location, I'm unable to assign the same contact information for the GM to both accounts. Since Salesflare recognizes the email address as already existing in the system, it ends up removing the contact from one account, causing a gap in my records. While Salesflare has been a reliable tool for the past four years, the lack of new feature additions and UI updates during this period is somewhat disappointing. A refresh of the user interface and the introduction of new functionalities would greatly enhance the overall user experience and keep the product competitive in the evolving CRM market. It's benefiting us by providing a simple yet comprehensive platform for tracking our team's sales activities and analyzing our sales performance. What do you like best about Salesflare? Love the simplicity and easy of use. Yet still has most of everything you need and expect. Integration with LinkedIn and Gmail is good. Automated data enrichment is good. It's nicely focussed on account management - great for B2B sales. Email and we tracking is good. What do you dislike about Salesflare? - Not possible to support email aliases like sales@, etc without additional per seat costs. - when an employee leaves - handovers more complex than need to be. - Filters could do with a better UX - a bit clunky to use. - Lacks a dedicated contact history (vs Account history) - this is by design and it's OK but I'd prefer the option of an additional view of a specific contact's correspondence. What do you like best about Salesflare? Salesflare is a rich environment that my AI team has adopted. It's rich in that it can do everything we need, but not so fussy that you can't figure out what's going on without to turning to a random search "help" videos. The contact and support from Salesflare is personal and friendly. What do you dislike about Salesflare? We haven't run into anything yet. Maybe as we scale we will, but I don't foresee tht. We also use Salesflare for marketing campaigns.

They are thorough in the way they help you out and don't just link/direct you to FAQs or online docs. What do you dislike about Salesflare? Exporting simple data sheet (eg: all accounts, all opportunities) is easy, but when you want to start filtering or merging data, the export can get a little tricky and require a lot of manual work in excel. What do you like best about Salesflare? It's very easy to get started. As your business changes along the way, it's so customizable that you're never really locked into a certain way of tracking your own communications as well as your team What do you dislike about Salesflare? I haven't really experienced many. The one gripe I would have is the way the email workflows are organized. We do a lot of targeted campaigns and the more you do, the more they start to stack up as a list of workflows without a good way to compartmentalize them by strategy. That being said, the email workflow piece has still created loads of business for us. What problems is Salesflare solving and how is that benefiting you? I recently had an issue with calls logging from my android device's call logs. They responded to me within a few minutes and promised to get a solution put in place in 24 hours. It was fixed in about 30 minutes. They are great at service.
