The custom sizing was close overall. Compared to the usual off-the-rack fit that everyone seems to deal with, this was definitely an improvement. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but the fit was mostly right and comfortable enough that I’m happy with it... 0 Reply
The costume looked fine overall, like it did the job, but the stitching around the sleeves was kind of loose in a few spots. For the price, the quality is alright, not exactly amazing or anything. I ended up trimming and fixing a couple little threads myself, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still a bit annoying 0 Reply
I ordered a costume from rolecosplay.com, and the costume itself was okay overall. The frustrating part was dealing with customer service. They took a few days to get back to me, and when they did, the replies were short and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I ended up having to message more than once just to get an update. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but after paying, I expected a little more help. In the end, I felt more disappointed than satisfied. 0 Reply
I ordered a cosplay outfit and, as much as I didn’t expect to be impressed, it was actually worth the money. It’s not flawless or anything, but the fabric and little details were better than I figured they’d be for the price. I’d probably buy from them again. 0 Reply

This was my first time buying directly from Rolecos and i can describe it as... meh First thing i would like to say is that Rolecos is a russian roulette: sometimes you recieve your cosplay in time and perfect, sometimes you don't Now on my experience: I bought a rolecos cosplay, especifically the Aurora from LoL off of Aliexpress, i was surprised with the price, costing about 80 euros when the prices for that same cosplay ranges in about 100 to 150 euros, it arrived earlier than expected and i was impressed with the quality given the price, it fitted me perfectly, and even if i was a bit dissapointed the hat wasn't included, i am still happy with that cosplay Fast foward to february, i had a Con in July and i decided to buy their After hours spa spirit blossom Ahri, my first thoughs on the cosplay, again, was the price: The whole set (clothes + Props + ears) was about 60 euros (+ taxes and shipping and a code that saved me 22% it was 80), i've seen photos of the cosplay before and i was happy with the quality so i placed my order, everything was smooth, it was supposed to arrive in early march But as you all expect, it didn't I am so mad i didn't read the reviews about shipping before because i did get kinda stressed. I contacted their support line yesterday and they replied pretty quickly saying that my package would be arriving today, which is a month from when i placed my order, they were pretty nice to me so i have no complains for that I still haven't recieved my order but i hope it does arrive safely In conclusion: i think Rolecos is a nice, affordable shop to buy from, but be aware of their shipping, if you're worried it won't be arriving on time, i suggest buying from their aliexpress shop <3
I’ll give them credit where it’s due, my costume arrived when they said it would, and the tracking worked fine. The box was a little dented, which wasn’t great, but the costume itself made it here on time. 0 Reply
I expected returning my costume to be a whole ordeal, because stuff like this usually ends up being my problem somehow. But surprisingly, the refund came through fast and there wasn’t much hassle. I’m just glad this didn’t turn into another annoying back-and-forth 0 Reply
My order arrived with the box all crushed and partly open, which was not a great start. The costume inside didn’t seem packed very well either, like it had been bouncing around the whole time. Nothing really felt protected, for what I paid, I think the packaging should’ve been a lot better. It left a poor first impression. 0 Reply
I ordered from RoleCosplay the process was easy. I got the confirmation email almost right away, which was nice because I always get a little paranoid after placing an order online. They also sent an update once it was being prepared, so I wasn’t just left wondering what was going on. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but not in a dramatic way or anything. Ordered a costume from rolecosplay.com, and shipping was fine enough, no big issue there. But the costume itself looked different from the pictures. Colors were a little off, and some of the smaller character details were either missing or changed. Still looked okay from a distance, so not totally unusable. But for cosplay photos or wearing to a con, noticed the differences right away and it bothered me. Fabric and overall shape didn’t match what was shown either. I ordered a medium dress based on the size chart , but the fit was off . It ended up being too small in the waist and chest , so I couldn’t wear it for the event like I planned . Disappointing overall . 0 Reply
I ordered this for a themed party and was excited because the pictures made it look like it would be a fun, easy outfit. It arrived on time and the overall idea of it was cute, so at first I thought I could probably make it work with a few adjustments. Once I actually tried it on, though, the fabric felt a lot thinner than I expected, some of the seams looked messy, and a few pieces just didn’t sit right. I spent a little time fixing and arranging it, but in the end it still felt cheaper than it looked online. For the price, I was hoping for better quality. 0 Reply

First time I ordered I didn't get any updates on my order for over a month. Then when I wrote them an e-mail it took them over a month to even answer. Now I've ordered again, from their "ships within 48 hours" section. Paid extra for express shipping because I needed it to arrive by the beginning of next week. It's been almost 5 days, so about 120 hours, and it still says "preparing shipment". It hasn't even been shipped yet and it's almost next week. E-Mail communication takes forever and they tell me they need a VAT number to ship it? First of all where I live, in Germany, only companies have a VAT number. Second of all, never in my over 6 years of ordering cosplays from various shops and websites have I had to give my VAT number or anything similar to anyone. What I do have to add though is that the quality of the cosplays does not disappoint and matches the pictures. However, if you want a reliable company when it comes to shipping time and communication, I'd recommend considering your purchase here.
1. Rolecosplay took 9 days after purchase to begin shipping 2. Rolecosplay knew 2 days before shipping that it was specifically for Halloween and that it wouldn't make it in time. 3. They told me the day before it actually shipped that it was finally ready. I replied and told them to cancel, they shipped it the next day anyways. 4. Shipping was falsely advertised. Paid $33 extra for 6-10 day shipping, it took 16 days! (comes from China) 5. Now asking for a refund of my $100, they refuse. Return shipping is over $300. They continually offer a 25% discount code plus a $10 giftcard as compensation.
I ordered a pair of shoes for a cosplay, which I never received. The package never even arrived in my country ( France )—it never left China. On the website, it’s marked as “completed,” but I’ve been fighting for months to get my $70 package. I honestly think I’ve lost my money. They take an incredibly long time to respond, and when they do, they offer no real solution and just keep giving me the runaround.

I ordered a suit now 3 months ago, no shipping number was provided and I try to contact customer service from their various means of contact, whatsapp, mail or Instagram and no response... I lost money. I just want to know where things stand...
I bought a Hinatsuru cosplay and a Maomao wig from Rolecosplay. I ordered with express shipping (3-5 days) but the purchase arrived in 15 days later. Once the wig came it was shorter than expected, the clip of one of the buns was broken and couldn’t open. Reached out for assistance for a refund on the wig, but the customer service is critical. We have been going back and forth, them asking the same question over and over again for already 2 months. I have provided everything needed, explaining everything, but all they do is go in circles and run from responsibility. They still have not issued me a refund for the damaged product they sold. If you want to save yourself some headaches and wasted time, i wouldn’t recommend buying from this site. Better purchase from AliExpress.
Scam. The goods are never shipped. As a buyer, support often ignores you. Getting a refund is difficult. This has happened to me in the online shop and on AliExpress. A friend once received a pendant instead of a cosplay.
Title: Very Disappointed – Poor Communication and No Refund Review: I had a very frustrating experience with Rolecosplay. My order was shipped much later than the estimated delivery time, with no clear updates or communication about the delay. To make things worse, one of the items I ordered was apparently out of stock — but they didn’t notify me until after I had already been waiting. They promised a refund for that missing item, but I never received it. I tried following up multiple times, but I kept getting vague responses or no help at all. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.
I ordered two cosplays by express delivery which arrived almost two weeks late. In addition, one of the shirts was missing the buttons. I contacted the support, they said they would check with the production line and since then nothing.

Their wigs, terrible. Bought a Euclase one. Garbage. Their masks and costumes, however? I'm impressed. Bought Tokoyami. The coat is structured at the shoulders and the length is lovely. It's a stiffer polyester fabric, so it has nice weight to it. The mask is what feels and smells like EVA foam. Sturdy. A little dorky looking from the front, but otherwise cool. The mouth is odd, but usable for drinks and eating (if you're careful). And I can fit my glasses under it! Absolute win.
My order was being processed for too long. I asked about it. They gave confusing information about my costume. They did not comply with the arrival date and decided to cancel my order for the late arrival (before shipping). I asked for a refund, but I never got one. So, as a result, I have no products and no refund. I am still trying to get my money back.

I tried to order a cosplay but it turned out that they didn't have it available anymore. The bad part is that it took about three weeks for them to inform me about this which I think is way too long of a time to let me know the cosplay isn't available. Refund came through smoothly, it took around a week. I'm just super sad it took such a long time to inform se since I couldn't order a new cosplay in the remaining time before the con.
The costumes are pretty amazing! I’ve worn them to multiple conventions and they hold up great. They’re beautiful quality too. Totally recommend🩵
I got Xayah cosplay from this shop. I love the entire look & details. It’s very close to the original character. The feathers, the stars, everything fits and makes it look very alike to Xayah in a game. It’s 10/10 as for the look & visual. It’s pretty much easy to understand how to wear it, what comes first and what goes next, I had experience with hard costumes where instructions are kind of needed for sure :D This one was alright with easily wearing it. About the comfort- it’s alright, the size fits mostly well, but the skirt is a little short, I would wear shorts underneath if I’d go outside or for a festival. Very beautiful and comfortable for my photoshoot , thank you 💗

Always everything is good. Rolecosplay have beautiful costumes and wigs. My packages always are delivered to my house really fast. Costumes are high quality. Details are so important for me and in Rolecosplay costumes details are always good. Imo one of the best cosplay brands.

Rolecosplay means quality! The last costume I get is Asuka Bunny and it's beautiful with all details! In my case about the black part of the legs I used magnets than transparent bretels, it looks more aesthetic. and about full cosplays in general: Size S is really S, not x-small. Even my friends get M size when my friend is "L" for other places and it suits perfectly.

I have been cosplaying with RoleCosplay costumes for a very long time and this is my favorite store at the moment :3 The quality of the stitched material is always on top and the wigs are superbly styled. My favorite costumes from this store are Yae Miko, Barbara's Beach Skin, and Star Guardian Seraphine! I recommend this store to all my friends by the way 💖
