Excellent customer service, great products, and affordable prices! Rockbros company truly goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I was concerned about an order getting to me on time, so I reached out via email. The team was responsive, kind and were able to get it to me on time. Their products are great quality without breaking the bank, which is always a huge plus in the biking world. It’s refreshing to find a company that offers both outstanding service and great value. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality bike products at reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I have purchased several items from Rockbros and have been happy with the quality and design. What I’m not so happy about is that Amazon sell Rockbros products cheaper than they do. Amazon also included free shipping. My advice check other websites before buying direct from Rockbros.

I bought a bicycle handle bar hanging…
I bought a bicycle handle bar hanging light for over $70 bucks the the instructions in the bar show the hanging hardware for the light. The ROCKBROS customer service said, no only the "hanging light" is included. Honestly avoid ROCKBROS they are not your BRO they are not honest...just another knock off more expensive designs Chinese company.

Wow- what a website! The number of options is almost overwhelming. I never fail to find what I need. They are also very responsive to questions- they have helped me find parts for very specific bikes.
ROCKBROS is amazing
ROCKBROS is amazing! I tried out the cycling shorts/jersey and the quality is top notch. The shorts are very comfortable and have a very flattering fit, the material is very durable and all in all is very comfortable on my rides. I am going to get them in every color 😍 the jersey fit like a glove and was very breathable. Looking forward to ordering more from this brand 🤍
Empty Package Replaced Promptly
I received a damaged, empty package for my order with a USPS apology note. I sent photos and an explanation to Rock Bros, and they promptly shipped a replacement order that arrived unharmed.
3D saddle ergonomics
Hello rockbros I recently purchased a 3D saddle after trying way to many others a Saddle and I got 2 from your company one for the road bike and the other for my MTB and let me tell you it's feels amazing I got my bike fitted and took it for my 1st 30 miles and no more pain or numbness thanks for making a great saddle and not to expensive and super comfortable

I used a rockbros mini pump for 2 years and it stopped working one day, showing an E1 error code. Reached out to service and they responded quickly with some additional things to try but didn't work. They sent me a new pump that arrived a few days later.
I ordered 4 locks from Rockbros
I ordered 4 locks from Rockbros. The package was preparaed for shipment on 6/25/2026. The package arrived in my City on 7/3/2026. In between 7/3/2026 and 7/10/2026 (no movement). Reached out to Rockbros and USPS regarding the package. On 7/10/2026, the package was located and pick up by my employer's mail room. Upon delivery to my office on 7/10/2026 and picked up by me on 7/11/2026; the package was marked by USPS as not being sealed upon arrival and no items inside. My employer's mailroom placed a damage sticker on package. I received the envelope on 7/11/2026, to find no items inside. The package only weighed 7 to 9 ounces. There is no way the locks I ordered could have ever been inside if the package at max only weighed 9 ounces. As this order was over $200, I am very disappointed.
Purchased a light ((RHL600)
Purchased a light ((RHL600). Got caught in torrential downpour for close to an hour. Didnt realize until home that the light stopped working. There was moisture visible inside the lens. RB sent me a new one promptly. Not sure if light is supposed to be waterproof; I generally dont intentionally ride in rain. So, maybe 2-3 stars for the light, 5-stars for the service.

I bought the full face detachable helmet for my 8 year old to ride on an e-scooter. The fit is great, super customizable, and he loves the color choice. I'm really happy to see him have face coverage in addition to protection for his melon. Very happy with the product.
I ordered a bike rear view mirror on…
I ordered a bike rear view mirror on June 16th and now it is July 1st and it has not been delivered. It was delivered to Illinois somewhere on june 27th and from there to the next place. It is now July 12th and I finally got my replacement order. The first package USPS lost the package. Thank you for resending! I am very happy with the mirror. It is well made and very sturdy. Will order from them in future.

I have ordered multiple accessories from Rockbros over the years, sunglasses, saddlebags, bike lights etc. My last order was windbreaker jackets and expandable saddle bag. Finally i can wear long sleeve and take it off mid ride and store it in my saddle bag thanks to the expandable bag with a dial. Simply great!

I purchased the BT sunglasses
I purchased the BT sunglasses. They worked fine for about a month but suddenly would not charge properly or turn on. I suspect part of the problem is the very small on/off button. I contacted customer support and they asked me to send them a short video of the problem. I did so and they shipped a new pair to me within days. No issues with the customer service. That said, I would suggest a modification to the on/off button to make it a little more robust.
I bought a Rockbros bike bag for EU80…
I bought a Rockbros bike bag for EU80 and it will not fit a pretty standard bike like my Pinarello. Cost me EU20 to ship it back. Unbelievable they sell bags that won’t fit most bikes

Pretty decent from what I remember
I picked up a bike bag from ROCKBROS a little while back, and from what I remember after a few rides, it’s been fine overall. It holds my stuff without any issues, but the zipper started to feel a bit cheap early on. I wouldn’t say it’s bad, just not anything amazing either. Average, but it does the job... 0 Reply
I’ve been using my RockBros bag...
I’ve been using my RockBros bag on my daily rides and so far it’s been holding up really well. It’s been through some rain, a bunch of bumps, and just regular daily use, but the zippers, straps, and fabric still look totally fine. Decent bag, fit was a little off
Got this bag from rockbrosbike.us and it’s fine overall. The material seems decent, but it didn’t sit on my frame quite the way I thought it would. I made it work by adjusting the straps, so I’m still using it. Just check the sizing first. 0 Reply
Product not recieved- but was rectified
I order two bike helmets over a month ago (4-17-26). Without any communcation of delays my items hadnt arrived in 2 weeks. I reached out to the company via email questioning the timing and asked for a refund. They told me to give it a few more days and my package would arrive as it was in transit. So i gave them time. Within a few days my order arrived- SHORT!!!! I order two helmets but only one was in the paperbag it was shipped in. I waited a few days later hoping the missing helmet woud be arriving afterwards. To date (5-18-26) i have yet to recieve the other item i paid over $85 for has not arrived. After a few weeks of not receiving my package I was able to get someone from the company y to respond to my emails of requesting either my item or a refund. The company did refund me the full amount out my order. I would have preferred the item order because I really like the one I did receive. But they came through on their end in good faith

Seat broke with minimal use in 6 weeks
My husband purchased a bike seat March 4th. Our son used it to and from school 5 times a week for 6 weeks. It broke off completely. We understand the return window is over but they claim they have a 2year warranty. We contacted them numerous times via email. Last email sent today May 15th. No response

Bright enough to feel safer at night
This light is seriously bright. On my night rides, I can tell cars notice me much earlier now, which makes a big difference. riding after dark without something this visible feels kind of irresponsible, so I’m glad I picked it up. 0 Reply

Finally Found the Bike Parts I Needed
I was trying to track down a few bike parts and kept running into places that showed them online but didn’t actually have them. Rockbrosbike.us had everything listed as in stock, so I gave it a shot and placed the order. Thankfully, I never got one of those frustrating “sorry, out of stock” emails afterward. I ordered a helmet
I ordered a helmet (which I find to be very well made and comfortable), I did have an issue with the order suffering a huge delay due to the shipper, once it left RockBros. It took a few days to get a response from RockBros, who then resent the helmet and after a short shipper delay, again, it finally got delivered.
Did well in the rain

Had an accident!No Compensation for Vehicle Damage！
I used the ROCKBROS suction cup roof rack, and the “reinforced” quick-release appears to have failed while driving. The bike fell over on the roof and moved around, which caused the dents and scratches on my car. I noticed the failure in time and managed to stop, which prevented an accident. However, there was a motorcycle behind me, and if I hadn’t realized what happened, it could have caused a serious crash. I was moments away from becoming the one responsible for a traffic accident. I followed the installation instructions (cleaned the surface and checked the suction), and this occurred under normal driving conditions(40 km/h) The manufacturer offered a refund for the product, but did not cover the damage to my vehicle. Based on my experience, I recommend choosing SeaSucker. I am posting this review to help protect cyclists like me.
Dirty and used helmet
I ordered a POC Tectal Mips race helmet. It was delivered without it's original box nor helmetbag, just a plastic bag. The helmet itself was dirty and to me it it look s like it has been worn already.

Box arrived in great shape, but I felt a bit ignored
I ordered from rockbrosbike.us and the package actually showed up in really good condition. The box wasn’t smashed, wet, or beat up, and everything inside was still sitting where it was supposed to be. It definitely looked like they packed it with care. Purchased a SAFETY helmet and the clip to keep the safety helmet on your head came off within a few days. Contacted the company and they interacted for a month, and then nothing. No refund, no replacement, no more communications. Hope you get sued for supplying faulty safety helmets that don't keep you safe.
I purchased a teen bike for my daughter…
I purchased a teen bike for my daughter and spent over $500. The product never arrived. I e-mailed three times over a couple of weeks with no response. I tried to find a phone number, but there were none online that worked. They were all disconnected or constantly busy. Very bad customer service! Would not recommend.
