My order showed up packed really well, and nothing was crushed or leaking. The jars seemed secure in the box and everything looked clean when I opened it. I bought these capsules hoping they’d be a really clean option, but I just wasn’t fully convinced by the ingredient info. The label looks simple enough, which I liked, but I still had questions about how the purity is verified and where the testing is actually done. I was actually surprised by how many mushroom products they had. Like, I went in just looking for a basic powder, but then there were capsules, blends, single mushroom ones, all that. It was easy to find what I needed, although I did kind of wish some of them came in smaller sizes first, just to test out. But yeah, overall a good range and not overwhelming, which was nice. 0 Reply

I really wanted to like this, and maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I’ve had a hard time getting it to mix smoothly. I tried it in both coffee and water, and I still ended up with little clumps sitting at the bottom. The taste is fine, so that’s not really my issue. I’ll admit I’m picky about freshness, so maybe my expectations were a little high, but this just didn’t really do it for me. When I opened it, the smell seemed kind of dull, and the powder had a few clumpy bits that made me wonder how fresh it actually was. I’ve been ordering from Real Mushrooms for a few months now, and I’ve been happy with it. I’m always a little paranoid about getting fooled by supplement companies, especially with mushroom products where it feels like everyone uses fancy wording. What got me to try these was that they use fruiting body only, not the mycelium-on-grain stuff. The powders mix easily into my coffee or tea, and the taste isn’t strange or overpowering. Shipping has been totally fine, and the website is simple enough to use without any hassle. So far it feels like I’m actually getting what I paid for, which is a big deal to me, and I’d order again. 0 Reply
This company is a scam. They sneak a subscription in there when you order a bottle. They only go through this app called shop to make an order, which adds an extra layer of "insulation" to the company when you try to cancel or stop the subscription or an order. They keep charging my card even after I cancelled the subscription and the 2nd order. They send fake order documents to the credit card company trying to make it look legitimate and that "you" ordered the item. I emailed them back and forth, they told me if I recieve an order, to write return to sender on it and give it back to the post office. So I did. Then they re-charged me again! They claim they never recieved it, and they make it look like a legitimate purchase to the credit card company because they have a tracking number saying it was delivered! This is how they steal your money. They ship through DHL, DHL transfers it to USPS. USPS delivers it, then you send it back "return to sender" just like realmushrooms tells you to do to avoid charges. Then when you try to dispute it through your credit card, real mushrooms "proves" that it was delived and they claim that you habve the product. Meanwhile, real mushrooms got the product back, but they get to keep your money , and the returned product! Imagine this happeneing worldwide, how much money they make scamming people! The only hope is to keep reporting the the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau and leave as many detailed reviews as I can so it doesn't happen to someone else.
I really appreciate that Real Mushrooms makes their third-party testing info easy to find. It just makes me feel better about what I’m actually buying. No over-the-top hype or vague claims, just clear labels and test details. that’s exactly what I was looking for 0 Reply

I’ve been taking Real Mushrooms for a little while now, and it’s been easy on my stomach. I was a little nervous at first because some supplements just seem to throw in whatever and then I end up feeling weird or getting headaches. Didn’t have that issue with this one. Every time I have had to deal with Real Mushrooms Customer Service, it's been an excellent experience. Reishi, Turkey Tail, and Lion's Mane are my choice.
I’ve been taking Real Mushrooms after my harder gym sessions, i’m happy with it. My legs don’t feel quite as wrecked the next morning, which is a big win. The taste is a little earthy, but it blends fine in coffee and doesn’t bother me. Shipping was okay, not the fastest, but no real complaints overall. Solid product. 0 Reply
I ordered from realmushrooms.com and everything arrived just fine, so no complaints there 🙂 The packaging and delivery were all good, but the capsules themselves are kind of big and have a dry feel to them. I have to take them with a lot of water or they feel like they might stick in my throat 😕 They’re not awful, but definitely not the easiest to get down. I ordered lion’s mane but ended up getting cordyceps instead. Shipping itself was fine, so it’s hard to describe exactly how I feel about the whole order, but the mix-up was definitely frustrating. I had to email support to get it sorted out, which was kind of annoying. 0 Reply

I like how the dose is simple and don’t make things confusing. I usually just mix it in my coffee or take the capsules and that’s it. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the serving info could be a little easier to see on the bag, but overall it’s been really convenient 0 Reply

The delivery person mis-delivered an order from Real Mushrooms. I sent an email to Real Mushrooms, and the responded very promptly (within 24 hours). There was no hassle or inquisition type questions some companies put you through on a lost order. They were courteous and caring. They Instituted a replacement order, and they rushed the order so it was delivered very fast. Very impressive customer service rarely seen now. In addition, their mushroom product is exceptional. I only use supplements that physically deliver results. Their Lion Mane works.
If I'm going to spend money on mushroom powders and supplements, I want it to be of high quality. I don't want fillers and grains and counter my attempts to be as healthy as possible. I believe Real Mushrooms sell high-quality products worthy of my hard earned money. Their customer service quickly responds, are helpful, and friendly.
Really helpful customer support and very generous and kind with resolutions, any problems will be resolved by them with fair resolutions and you will feel satisfied with the outcome. Their customer service team makes you feel heard and supported and has great problem solving skills.
When my DHL tracking info incorrectly told me that my package was delivered, Real Mushrooms customer service was ready to help me right away. They were very easy to talk with and trusted me.
I have several pesky autoimmune illnesses & my hubby has diabetes. Several years ago I started taking their turkey tail powder with my coffee every morning & my hubby started reishi. I don’t get celiac rashes anymore and the turkey tail regulates my immune system: it does not boost it as it’s already in overdrive from the autoimmune illnesses. This is key - it regulates my immune system, and I’m so thankful I found them. My husband does not take prescription meds for his diabetes- he takes their reishi powder in his coffee every morning, watches his diet although not strictly, and walks two miles a day. His blood sugar is good! Again, I’m incredibly grateful for Real Mushrooms’ high quality products.
I am posting this review to provide factual details about the inventory quality control and subsequent customer service process regarding a recent purchase. Acknowledgment of Product Quality: I want to note that the other products received, including Reishi and Turkey Tail, appear to be of very high quality, and I am satisfied with the product integrity itself. Inventory Discrepancy: The core issue concerns the Lion's Mane Powder (60 Servings). The Best By date on this item is 12/2025. Since this is a 60-serving container, the printed date expires days after I received the item, which is unacceptable for a multi-serving supplement. This date is also inconsistent with other products in the same order, which carry a much longer Best By date (e.g., 02/2027). The practice of shipping short-dated inventory compromises the guaranteed duration of peak potency and value. Customer Service (CS) Resolution Process: I contacted CS regarding this issue. 1. CS explained that internal stability testing confirmed an extra year of shelf life (until 12/2026), but they could not guarantee a replacement with a longer date. 2. CS offered a full refund upon return of the product. 3. I informed CS that the product had already been opened before the short date was noticed, making a return for a refund unviable. 4. Given the failure in inventory management and the inability to provide a fresh replacement, I requested an alternative resolution: a credit for the Lion's Mane portion of my upcoming December subscription order. Current Status: I am disappointed that the resolution process has not smoothly acknowledged my perspective as a new, recurring customer. The final resolution regarding the requested subscription credit is currently pending. Conclusion: While the quality of the product is satisfactory, the company's failure to ensure a reasonable shelf life on the Lion's Mane product and the subsequent difficulty in reaching a mutually agreeable resolution is disappointing. I hope the company uses this feedback to improve inventory rotation and quality control practices.

I absolutely love this company and their products. I have been a customer for about a year now. I have noticed much improvement with my pups. My 15 year old yorkie has been taking the Mushroom Relax Chews and the Immune Chews. She is so picky but loves these and they are helping her overall. She's definitely sleeping better. My 8 year old Labrador gets the Turkey Tail and 5 Defenders. I have noticed that her lumps and bumps are shrinking. I am also giving it to her as a cancer preventative. She also loves them. Real Mushroom Company is easy to contact and get as much support as you need.
I am giving my dear wife of 50 years the one each Turkey Tail and Lions Mane every 4 hours for Dementia and it has significantly helped her. I do not normally recommend any thing but this does work. Of course every one is different chemically but i would recommend this for anyone.
I cannot say enough positives about this company. I have been ordering from them not only for my husband and I but for our pets. I have shown the products after they arrived to my veterinarian who has 100% approved of the products and advised me to keep the pets on them. I recently had an occasion to call customer service and much to my delight I actually had a live person answer the call. My question was resolved by a very helpful and professional rep. I grew up taking mushroom supplements, so it was no hard choice regularly ordering from Real Mushrooms. They alerted me to a shipping delay in a timely manner and made sure all was well.
I am thrilled. I adopted a six year old Standard Poodle two years ago that has severe food intolerances which results in yeast infections all over his body. I have exhausted every resource and vet recommended protocol that has been suggested. I have spent hundreds of dollars on allergy testing as well as eliminating certain foods from his diet. Nothing seemed to help. Every night before bed I research various opinions from holistic veterinarians and websites dedicated to canine health. It was on one of these websites that I read a review from a woman that was battling the same issue with her dog. She gave a glowing testimony about Real Mushrooms and the amazing results she had using them in her dog's food. I ordered them the next day. My beautiful boy has been taking the pet capsules for about 3 months. His skin and paws are clearing up. The yeasty smell is gone. I will continue to use Real Mushrooms for all of my dogs. This company is wonderful. I highly recommend trying them.
After dealing with a difficult surgery and recovery (due to an inability to take any pain killers, as they cause me severe nausea), I was dealing with a bad case of fibromyalgia, which resulted in brain fog. After suffering for 6 months, I was convinced I had dementia. I'm in my 70's, so that was really scary. I would forget what I was saying in the middle of a sentence. I started taking Real Mushroom's Lions Mane extract and saw a very quick turn around. My husband and I (80 and 74 years old) now take it daily and (knock on wood) we are doing very well cognitively!! Lots of companies sell low quality mushroom products. It is important that the product use the stems and caps (fruiting bodies), not the roots; and that they utilize the mushroom extract, not a powdered, undigestible form. Real Mushrooms checks all the boxes and provides this kind of high quality product. And it's organic! They also offer discounts on larger quantities and for auto shipments. But on top of that, Real Mushrooms gives such personalized, heart felt service to their customers. I recently made an error in ordering and was so upset because I placed an order that was going to cost me $15.00 more than it should have because of my own mistake. Their office was closed for the weekend. But I emailed them anyway and a really personable woman responded on a Sunday (when the office was closed!) and immediately took care of the situation, issuing a refund and then placing my order for me correctly. I was so impressed and so relieved. Ericka P. was an absolute delight to work with. Thumbs up for this wonderful company.
Love the products, and the customer service is outstanding. I recently had a question on my subscription and Crystal went above and beyond. A company can have a great product, but it is the customer service department that really sells it.
I have been taking Real Mushroom products for a couple of years now. At one point I actually stopped to try another company, but came back after six months because I could tell the difference! I can say that with the 5 Defenders, I have not been sick in [literally] YEARS. I never caught Covid, even when my husband did. With the Tremella, I get compliments on my healthy-looking skin. I have just added ERGO+ and am excited to see how it works for me as I am training for a marathon in December. I appreciate the Third Party Testing, and the customer service is super responsive and friendly. I do find the website to be a little clunky at times, but I write that off as "operator error" --- me being the operator. 5 stars + !
