BUYER BEWARE: The puzzle I ordered for my granddaughter was delivered in the rain. Due to poor/defective packaging, the box inside the mailer was soaking wet and fell apart when I attempted to open it. When notified of the defective wrapping, the company offered me a 10% refund and a 10% discount on a future purchase. They never once offered to replace the item, which would have been the appropriate thing to do. As a result, I am very disappointed in their refusal to correct the problem. Will I buy from them again? Certainly not.

I have more than 20 Quordle puzzles
I have more than 20 Quordle puzzles. I find them to be interesting, engaging, and fun to assemble. The big problem I have is they all have a very strong wood/chemical odor. Iām trying to find ways to get rid of the odor and will try soaking them in baking soda next. Iāll update if this method is successful. In the meantime, Iām careful to assemble them only in rooms with good air circulation.

I was looking for a wood puzzle that wouldn't be dwarfed by a 21" tortoise one. I hung them both on the wall without a frame, taped only and an adhesive loop on a small hook! Came out great!

I was drawn in by an advertisement that said they had a US facility. That after 4 years they were unfortunately closing it and were having a sale. I bought the sale puzzles. My shipment originated in China. Im not against China goods. What I am against is deceitful advertising. Im a big boy and I can handle the truth. So also shipping took a lot longer than expected because of this. The quality of the puzzles is not on par with what was expected. The colors of the picture didnt match the colors of the puzzle. Close, but the picture looked better than the finished puzzle. This also made it difficult looking for pieces. The size of the puzzles seem small for the price. It's not really worth the value. To top it off they sent me a link to review the product. The link wouldn't work so my review was pushed here. Into the freezer where nobody will ever see it.

If I could give them minus 5 I would. Ordered from them and TWICE now they shipped without my apartment number so post office not able to deliver. They refuse to refund money so have no choice but to reinstitute the dispute against them with VISA. Will never do business with them again and if I were you, I would not waste my time OR money. PLUS they dont tell you you pay twice what its worth for shipping from China until after you pay them.

Disappointing
I've had a few puzzles from this company. A couple have been good quality but I've just finished one that is awful. The pieces are OK but the photo is awful quality. Having read more reviews I can see that this isn't that unusual. I was also suspicious of the company posts about closing down. I think in future I'll stick with Wentworths, they may be more expensive but they are definitely better quality.

Customer service non existent ā¦
Ordered 28th September 2025 received it in November 2025. Still in time for Christmas. I sent the gifts to my family unopened sealed boxes. My sister did hers and found that there were pieces missing. My friend did hers and although it was a medium puzzle it was very small and only had just over a hundred pieces. Most med puzzles have more than that approx 130 to 150. I have contacted the company on the 6th January 2026 as did my sister, we have yet to receive a reply or confirmation that they are dealing with our problems.

I wonāt order from them again !
The Facebook page appeared to show a warehouse with a big banner in English about a closing down sale so I ordered 5 puzzles to reduce the shipping costs. The following day I got an email saying that I hadnāt completed checkout even though I had a receipt from PayPal. I replied that I wasnāt paying twice after which they suddenly found my order ! That was 2 weeks ago , and although I have a tracking number, the order seems to be stuck somewhere in transit from China - who is misleading who ?

The whole website is a con. They state they're a family business having to close because lack of sales. Yet they continuously send out the same adverts year after year. The pictures of the puzzles on the website show 3 D type puzzles when in fact they're only 2D. They say you can return an item no problem. What they fail to mention is that you have to return them to China at your own cost. Hence also why delivery takes a long time to come. The business is one big con don't buy from them.

I never received my order
I ordered multiple puzzles on December 11, 2025 and as of today I havenāt received an email from them acknowledging that they received my order, but my credit card has been charged $79. I donāt have an order number so I canāt track the order. I believe the site is a scam. Do not order from them.

I ordered three puzzles on the 6th December 2025. I still havenāt received them and the customer service is slow and challenging. Clearly on different time zones, but their responses are indifferent, confusing and time wasting. I could go on, but suffice to say, Iām not sure if this company is equipped to supply to Europe as their order and shipping process and comms is pretty terrible. I have demanded a refund but Iām not sure it will be a slick transaction. Thankfully I purchased via PayPal so Iāll escalate to them soon.

Reasonable product - scammy advertising and high shipping costs
Last December I saw lots of Facebook posts saying they were really upset to be closing down and that it was absolutely their last few days of trading ("Last day - 87% off" etc.). I really liked the look of the puzzles, so I bought a couple for presents. And then I discovered that they were shipped not from the UK, as was implied. And when I got to the checkout, to avoid crazy shipping costs, I had to buy more. Quite a lot more. So I upped my order. So much for 'lovely puzzle - Ā£3.50 or Ā£5 ... ha!). And then, it transpires that they are not shipped from the UK, but from abroad, which partly explains why they were expensive to ship but also, why they took so long to arrive. It all looked rather more expensive by the time I had enough to get 'free shipping'. The quality of the puzzles seems OK, but now that I have seen them, they are in no way unique; there are LOTS of other companies selling virtually identical designs. And guess what, 7 months later they are still advertising, still selling puzzles and not closing down. Now that I have seen the other reviews, it's obvious that this company has a complicated relationship with ethical behaviour. I think they are just about staying legal by actually shipping a product, but in every other way it looks like a scam. 67% of 1-star reviews all saying the same thing says it all. And guess what else... Every negative review gets the same glib reply, which sounds 'sincere' and runs as follows: "We sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had with this purchase, and we fully understand your dissatisfaction and frustration. We take the issues you raised very seriously and have taken note of the relevant feedback. ... We also deeply appreciate your honest feedback, as it is crucial to our efforts to improve our products." Just imagine the irony of when the auto-reply-spam-bot generates the same response to this. It has all the feel of a highly automated (maybe AI-operated) factory with no real employees (or at least none in control who have a conscience). For appearing to behave like a genuine, honest company, I would award 0 stars (which I can't, so I'm saying 1 star). For actually shipping a product and not defrauding me, I'm raising it to 2 stars. But - falling for this closing-down nonsense and waving the pity-flag all over Facebook makes me feel stupid because I actually fell for it. I don't care how good the product is; a company that habitually advertises like this has low standards, and that loses them a LOT of stars and a lot of customers with a disappointing feeling of being 'had'.

Unpaid commissions ā unprofessional and not trustworthy
We are a large affiliate team working with many brands, and no company has ever treated us like this. Quordlepuzzles marked over $1,000 in commissions as paid, but we never received any money. Support kept promising to fix the issue, yet nothing was resolved for months. Because of this, we have stopped promoting Quordlepuzzles and we honestly advise other affiliates to avoid this program. We also recommend customers not to buy their productsāa company that handles partners so unprofessionally is unlikely to deliver real quality or reliable service.

These are NOT 3D puzzles. They are 3 D effect. Cusomer service had no interest in their false advertising. I do not believe that they are closing down as they want the buyer to pay to return it to China. Lesson learned

Slechte kwaliteit net als de service
Prachtige puzzel, als die niet bij het uit de doos halen al gebroken en beschadigde stukjes had. Contact opgenomen met het bedrijf, maar die beweren dat ze maar 6 maanden garantie geven. Ik heb het in januari gekocht en bewaard voor mijn bevallingsverlof. Dus 26 oktober pas open gemaakt en dus geen garantie volgens hun. Mega slechte service, zeker als je bedenkt dat je wettelijk gewoon 2 jaar Europese garantie hebt en dus hoort te krijgen. Een puzzel nieuw uit doos hoort niet al kapot te zijn. Kwaliteit is dus echt ruk!

I have had some puzzles twice before from this company and paid by PayPal.. when I ordered about 3 weeks ago I paid by direct debit, Iāve never had an email stating my order was made but the money has been taken by them and no acknowledgment. I think they may have scammed me as they wonāt answer my emails. No happy at all.

Family photo puzzle no fun
Family photo puzzle Bought to do as a family, it's not fun. The animal shapes are cute but the puzzle is not great, arrived scratched, small pieces broke off easily. Very difficult to put together as awkward shapes, stiff "wooden" pieces.

I have given one star purely because the two puzzles I received arrived on time. The issue with these puzzles is they are not as advertised, if you state a 3D puzzle that is what you expect and do not expect to receive an A4 flat picture, this is what has been received. Additionally the returns process is not fit for purpose, you have to email the service department but their replies are slow and you only have 14 days to return for a refund, also just a note they have been doing a closing down sale since 2023 - Don't buy

Incorrect advertising. I ordered a 3D puzzle, nothing in the wooden puzzle section told me anything except it was 3D. It arrive and it is just a 2D puzzle with different puzzle shapes. When I asked for a refund I was told to send it back to China. Absolutely hideous company mis selling, mis advertising their product.

Bright colours, fascinating jigsawā¦
My QuordlePuzzle was a gift which we have enjoyed piecing together. Lovely bright colours and patterns. I recommend the innovative circular design with animal features on the reverse. It was a Fun-challenge to complete. A little tricky at times to get the pieces to fit in, but the joined-up jigsaw is very picturesque.

Package was apparently stolen
Package was apparently stolen. Quordle refused to replacement. Sent me to the carrier website, which was in an Asian language. I was foolish to assume they would make good, and I cannot recommend that anyone risk their money for a company that provides inferior service. To respond to Quordle's comment.below, I would note that I contacted the firm several times and I received no satisfaction.

The puzzle shapes are maddening. Almost all hooks to attach and difficult to determine which is correct. A puzzle is much more interesting if the shapes vary. I'll never buy a Quordle puzzle again.

After my negative review i was contacted by quordle who chased the order and it was delivered within a couple of days. Iv done one puzzle and there was a piece missing. I contacted quordle and they have said they will send another puzzle cant complain about that. My second puzzle was a delight todo and it was complete. I have now received my replacement puzzle thank you Quordle.

Customer service was no help
Purchased several quordle puzzles from a local store near my house. Each of them were still sealed in the original packaging from Quordle Puzzles. I finished one of the puzzles and it was missing a piece. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do for me even though the package had their name, logo and website printed on it. I sent pictures of the box, incomplete puzzle and the original plastic wrapper that was on the outside of the box. Bc I didn't have a receipt from the online store they refused to help me. I love their puzzles but won't be purchasing any more of them.

Order 3 puzzles for my wifeās birthday after seeing them on a reel on Facebook, they are quite expensive even after the discounts that they offer but they are fun to do and look great when they were finished. I have seen lots of negative reviews so maybe I was lucky but personally I think that they are worth the 5 stars that I have given.

Very disappointed
Ordered 3 puzzles the same size. Two were 14"x14" & one was 18"x18". Contacted them & they said there sizes were approximately. 4" difference is not approximately. Ordered 3 last year & there were all within 1/2". Contacted them to return the 2 unopened puzzles & the will not respond to me. Very disappointed. Company contact me & stated they would refund my money, all I had to do was send the items back at my cost. It would cost me more to send them back to China then what my refund would be. Needless to say I'm still very disappointed.

Die Puzzle in GrƶĆe S sind eine gute Ćbung fĆ¼r die Feinmotorik, allerdings eher fĆ¼r grƶĆere Kinder mit ausreichend Geduld. Sie sind in einer Pappschachtel verpackt. Die hĆ¼bsche Holzverpackung ist wohl nur bei den teureren Ausgaben drin. Der angebliche groĆe Preisnachlass ist ein reiner Kƶder. Bei der Ausfertigung und dem kleinen Format wĆ¼rde wohl kaum jemand mehr als maximal 8-10ā¬ freiwillig bezahlen.

Their service almost doesn't exist. I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks now and when I send emails to ask I receive a message like please wait patiently. I asked for a refund and they did not bother to explain me how or when I will get it. Terrible experience do not order from them!

Saw an ad on Instagram and ordered a puzzle. Paid via PayPal. Received an info that the package allegedly arrived on 28.11.24. Complete Lie. On this date no delivery service arrived. After I had reported it, quordlepuzzle confirmed that no package was delivered. Then they began with their "Questioning". They "asked" me wether they can send it again. I agreed. After that I received "questions" every 2nd day to stall for time. They "asked" me for detailed address information. They "asked" for the delivery address. They "asked" wether the delivery address was right. They "asked" what is my name. They "asked" for informations they already had but did not send anything :-) Waste of time, money and nerves. Look at the majority of the reviews :-) Edit: I received my money back. However on 18.12. I also received an Email that my package was delivered. I received nothing again :-) what a comedy. And please stop with your standard responses. Always the same response. It sounds ridiculous.

Bestellung direkt nachdem ich bestellt habe, per Mail storniert. Wurde trotzdem versendet. Update 1: Habe nach der Antwort meine Daten gesendet. Und zur Info: Habe mittlerweile drei Mails an die genannte Mail-Adresse gesendet. Eine direkt nach Bestellung, eine vor dieser Bewertung und eine danach unter anderem mit Zuhilfenahme des Google Ćbersetzers auf Englisch, franzƶsisch, italienisch, japanisch, chinesisch traditionell, chinesisch einfach, russisch, kasachisch, ukrainisch und arabisch Mal schauen wie es nun weitergeht. Zumindest positiv, dass man sich drum bemĆ¼ht Update 2: Man hat sich darum gekĆ¼mmert, hat sich entschuldigt und die Order storniert. Hat zwar ein wenig bis in die Ćffentlichkeit eskalieren mĆ¼ssen, doch hat sich alles dem Wunsch des Kunden ergeben. Daher auch die ins Positiv gerĆ¼ckte Bewertung.

Be sure and order from the right Quordle Puzzle company. Iāve ordered lots of these and love them! I just ordered a bunch from their going-out-of-business sale and it took a few weeks but I received them. Not sure if theyāre really going out of business, but the prices were great. They are well made and some of the pieces are animal shapes. The edges are well cut too. They are small so donāt expect a huge puzzle.

I placed an order on 8/18/24 and as of 9/3/24 I have yet to receive an email confirming that it has been shipped. I email their service email, and it bounces back saying it is undeliverable. Beginning to think that I've been scammed. :(

Missing Pieces
A year ago, I got sucked in by the GOOB (Going Out Of Business) sale and bought a number of puzzles for Christmas gifts. Two were of eagles and they were for my husband. He was excited to receive them and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge except for one little thing. There were PIECES MISSING. Very frustrating. He tried contacting the company but they didn't even give him the courtesy of a reply. I went to the site and noticed it had a 14 day return policy. Who buys, wraps, gives, and waits for the recipient to use a Christmas gift in 14 days? I am disgruntled because, um, PIECES are MISSING. I am embarrassed to ask other recipients if theirs have PIECES MISSING. My husband doesn't even want to work on the other puzzle. We sent pictures to the company to show what PIECES were MISSING. It's bad enough to be duped into a fake GOOB sale, but it is just insulting when PIECES are MISSING! (Did I mention that there were PIECES MISSING???!)

Dropshipper of cheap chinese puzzles with zero customer service. And that fits, since they only sell cheap Chinese puzzles they canāt supply customer service other than a fake 10% discount that is half of what their regular discount of 20% is. In their response here they mention they welcome the opportunity to improve, but in reality they send a standard answer that they canāt do anything other that 10% discount on my next puzzle. You are much better off ordering directly from the Chinese manufacturer, they are a lot cheaper and even have customer service.

I ordered these puzzles not aware of their actual sizes. Of course I ordered them from Facebook. When I received them, the Medium size puzzles had very small pieces. I did attempt to put one together, but felt I was making my eyesight worse!. I tried several times to contact the company, even filed a discrepancy with my C/C, because I was unable to get through via phone calls to just exchange 2 puzzles. My C/C charged me for the purchase, Quordlepuzzles still has yet to contact me back in regards to the exchange. It's not worth the trouble. A lesson well learned, I'm afraid.

Good quality for the price
Good quality for the price. Yes, theyāve been running a āgoing out of businessā sale for a long time, but their prices are good (certainly cheaper than Wentworth) and the product is of good quality and fun to work with. Just ordered from their regular catalog - apparently others have had problems with a ācustomā puzzle. They really are wood, but a thinner laminate than Wentworth uses. Precisely cut, so thereās no problem putting the puzzle together. Very happy with my purchase - particularly at this price point.
