Arbitrarily rejecting KYC documents and blocking access after winning prize in competition

After winning in competition I completed verification through my original government issued documents, although right after few minutes all of sudden i found that my account is blocked and while logging in, encountering message that "verification failed and account is permanently blocked" While contacted support, they responded quite unprofessionally which same vague reply as shown on login page. Can you please clarify what when wrong with my document that your system rejected it ? despite the fact that I've used same on various platforms and successfully completed multi level verification. Moreover, instead of assessing and trying to resolve the issue and communicating with me professionally, your platform just straightforwardly block the access while unlawfully retaining my personal information, that's not how established and reputed platforms do, but in fact such is the practice of vague and scam type companies. PrimeXBT Deposit Issue

PrimeXBT Deposit Issue. No Resolution Despite Providing Extensive Proof I had a very frustrating experience with PrimeXBT while trying to deposit funds into my trading account using UPI. I selected the UPI deposit option, which redirected me to a payment page showing a UPI ID to which I needed to transfer the money. After making the payment, I was required to enter the UTR number to confirm the transaction. However, after entering the UTR, the page would not proceed and repeatedly showed that the payment had not been received. Eventually, the payment page timed out. I immediately contacted support and provided all the necessary screenshots showing the payment details and transaction information. Instead of resolving the issue, I was later asked to provide my bank statement, which I provided. They then asked me to record a video showing the transaction inside my banking app using a different phone. I went through that additional step as well and provided the requested video. Despite providing the screenshots, bank statement, and video proof, there has still been no proper resolution or meaningful update regarding the payment reconciliation. The frustrating part is that I have done everything PrimeXBT’s support team has asked me to do, yet they are still unable to reconcile a payment that was successfully debited from my bank account. I understand that payment reconciliation can sometimes take time, but asking a customer to repeatedly provide more and more proof without actually resolving the issue is extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend improving the UPI payment and reconciliation process and providing customers with a clear resolution timeline when such issues occur. UPDATE: 21 Aug 2026 Till now I have not received any resolution.

This is my final public request to PrimeXBT before I escalate this matter to the appropriate financial authorities. I have continued sending emails to the address your own team instructed me to use, yet I have received no meaningful response. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this matter professionally, but my messages continue to go unanswered while my concerns remain unresolved. Instead of receiving a fair resolution, my trading account was permanently closed before I felt my complaint had even been properly addressed. From my perspective, this has been extremely unfair and deeply disappointing. I trusted PrimeXBT with my first live trading experience, but instead I experienced a rejected order, delayed customer support, unanswered emails, and finally the permanent closure of my account. This sequence of events has completely destroyed my confidence in the company. I also experienced extremely long response times from live support, despite the company advertising responses within minutes. In my experience, I sometimes waited many hours before receiving a reply, which only added to my frustration while trying to resolve an urgent trading issue. I have carefully preserved all of my evidence, including screenshots, emails, live chat conversations, and account records. If this matter continues to remain unresolved, I will submit all of this documentation to the appropriate financial authorities and any other relevant organizations for independent review. I am not seeking conflict. I am simply asking PrimeXBT to communicate with me, review my case fairly, and provide a professional resolution before this dispute is escalated further. This is my final attempt to resolve this matter directly with PrimeXBT.

I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience.

My experience with PrimeXBT has been extremely frustrating. I made a deposit by scanning the QR code displayed on PrimeXBT's official website. The money was successfully debited from my bank account, but it was never credited to my trading account. When I contacted customer support, they simply told me that their payment provider did not receive the funds and asked me to contact my bank for a refund or transaction trace. As a customer, this is unacceptable. I used the payment method provided on their official platform and expected PrimeXBT to take responsibility for investigating the issue instead of shifting the burden entirely to me. The worst part was the lack of accountability and effective support. My money was debited, my account was not funded, and I was left without a proper resolution. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in PrimeXBT's deposit system and customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to be extremely cautious when making deposits. Until PrimeXBT improves its payment process and customer support, I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience.

Withdrawal turn around time period honored

Honestly I was always happy with the services until recently. I made a withdrawal on the 25th June 15:07 today is the 27th to date it has not been processed although the platform is advertised as a maximum 24 hours turn around. I have made multiple attempts to communicate my issue but some how they have a way of saying nothing that gives a solution all I hear is we will get back to you. There is alot of carelessness in how my query is being handled. Where do I escalate. I don't know how to reply to what the platform has responded. But based on the response I still think the platforms respond to be useless and unhelpful where can I escalate this matter to get assistance. I have lost income based on this behavior. Everyone is just careless with my rightful complain. If you cant help the send me to someone who can make decisions.
