Totally failed to comply with US…

Totally failed to comply with US customs, rules and regulations and when brought to your attention by both DHL and myself took the view that US customs and DHL in the states just had to be “patient”. After forwarding copies of endless emails from DHL and US customs and receiving nothing back other than polite letters that everybody in America had to be “patient” despite very clear regulations about when a package needs to be returned to sender US customs/DHL (as you had been advised) shipped the merchandise back to France. This entire scenario was time-consuming and frustrating because of your company’s attitude of everyone else needing to be patient rather than your customer service people being far more aggressive in dealing with problem. That package has now been returned to you and the other products I received have been returned as well. Any person or company can make a mistake. But an enlightened company looks to correct the error as quickly as possible and assumes responsibility for the mistake. Your first mistake wasn’t proving the necessary information to US customs and your second mistake was expecting everyone in America to simply be “patient” and wait for DHL in France to provide the required information to the DHL and US Customs; you took a situation which could have been easily corrected and created a totally unnecessary and time-consuming problem. Someone in your senior management should be looking at your customer service department and reviewing the documentation from this event. It should provide for a very interesting series of conversations with the people involved.

Amazing and great looking

The shoes are amazing. They fit true to size to a bit bigger. I normally habe a EU44.5 and I ordered a 44 which fits great. The wool cashmere pullover is just perfect in any way. The feel, the texture, it is light weight. Just love it.

You can immediately feel the difference in the materials, construction and overall attention to detail, and everything looks even better in person than it does online. What really surprised me was the delivery time — insanely fast, especially considering it was shipped to Austria. Everything was beautifully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I had a very positive experience with Pini Parma. Unfortunately, the loafers I ordered were just slightly too large for me. I contacted customer support through the chat, and the consultant was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. I would like to sincerely thank them again for their excellent assistance. Following their advice, I returned the loafers and will place a new order in a half size smaller as soon as my return has been processed. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the shopping experience. I truly appreciate the support and look forward to ordering from Pini Parma again

Superb style and fit, really well made, great service

I was waiting for these trousers to be in stock online and once I got the notification through I placed the order. I had been into the London store to try on the type of trousers to find my size and if they work for me, I really appreciate brands with a store to try on. I’ve got trousers from a couple of places, Kit Blake, Natalino, and Pini Parma are on the same level. I find the fit of the Pini trousers better around the waste, I think because it is a thicker waistband, but I need to let the trousers out in the legs as they’re more fitted than I want - excellent you have that option. I will be taking the trousers to the London store to organise tailoring, I’d rather use the people that know the trousers well. Delivery was really quick, packaging was excellent; along with my visit to the store, an overall brilliant experience. I’m hoping they release these in a mid-grey at some point.

Les produits sont de qualité, mais il y a un problème en ce qui concerne les indications fournies concernant la taille des chaussures Il est indiqué en anglais qu’il convient d’ajouter une taille supplémentaire lorsque l’on achète une paire de chaussures italiennes, c’est ce que j’ai fait en donnant comme référence mes chaussures, On en 43 et j’ai donc commandé du 44 beaucoup trop grand. Je suis donc allé en boutique et on a accepté de me reprendre la paire de chaussures pour du 43 ce qui était encore trop grand. En fait si vous faites du 43 européen, il faut commander du 42, c’est-à-dire une taille en moins et non pas en plus. À part ce détail vraiment les produits sont recherchés et de qualité, je passerai d’autres commandes ou j’irai en boutique à Paris où l’on m’a très bien reçu très agréablement. Proche de l’arnaque. Commande 197181, j’ai retourné 2 articles, Pini Parma me dit n’en avoir reçu qu’un seul. DHL me dit pourtant que de leur côté le colis a été livré entier. piniparma ne répond plus, m’a juste dit il nous manquait un article. le médiateur renseigné dans les CGV me dit que PiniParma n’est plus adhérent chez eux et PiniParma ne semble plus avoir de médiateur Faites très attention en commandant chez eux.
