This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a supplier. Typically, a service is either good or bad, but with Packhelp, they simply don’t respond at all! My order was supposed to arrive today, yet it’s still marked as 'Processing,' and support has been completely unresponsive for over two weeks. Even before this, responses were extremely slow. What’s worse, there’s no way to cancel the order—they’re essentially holding my money hostage. If you're working with customized goods, be very cautious about dealing with this company. Their social media is dead silent, and they don’t reply to anyone on any channel. I regret choosing them for my business needs.
Nulla non mi risponde nessuno da nessuna parte, purtroppo capiró se andare a fare una denuncia poichè ho avuto anche un problema alla carta di debito e ne ho una nuova, comunque 24.11€ mai rimborsati, trattenuti senza rispetto per il cliente sono rimasto molto deluso e scioccato, mi auguro in un professionale riscontro in ultimatum, ho la fattura senza nessun rimborso e nessun accredito, ci hanno messo dal 01 Ottobre al 17 Ottobre a dirmi l'ultima volta una cosa falsa, che avevano rimborsato, e non rispondono più, è estenuante
Commande #R836650251 J'ai passé commande le 17 septembre 2024 à 9:32 AM pour des box de Noël. Nous avions anticipé notre achat pour ne pas nous retrouver piégés à la dernière minute. La livraison était PRÉVUE pour le 4 octobre 2024 ! Notre designer a conçu le visuel en format AI afin d'éviter tout souci lors de l'impression. Packhelp nous a écrit le vendredi 20 septembre à 15:33 pour nous informer d'un souci sur le design. Nous avons payé notre designer 50 € pour faire les modifications. Ensuite, on nous informe d'un second problème que nous faisons corriger rapidement (+50 € encore), puis une troisième fois (+50 €) pour qu'au final les designers de Packhelp règlent les problèmes. Nous avons donc payé 150 € de plus à notre designer pour des modifications qui auraient pu être faites directement par Packhelp ! Ensuite, on m'informe d'une livraison prévue pour le 29 octobre. Mécontent, j'explique que nous attendons les boîtes depuis début octobre et que nous aurions déjà dû commencer à en vendre... Chaque jour qui passe c'est des ventes de perdus pour nous ! Packhelp m'informe qu'ils peuvent m'arranger si je PAIE davantage (la blague) ! Je pose la situation et finalement on m'indique que la livraison se fera pour le 21 octobre (déjà 16 jours de ventes perdues). Sauf qu'à ce jour, aucune commande n'est arrivée et on m'informe d'une livraison pour le 29 octobre ! soit 24 jours de retards et de vente perdus !!!!! Je suis juste furieux et je ne recommande pas cette entreprise. Ils vous prendront votre argent, vous demanderont de payer pour une livraison plus rapide pour, au final, vous livrer plus tard... D'autres prestataires sont plus sérieux que Packhelp. Fuyez !!!

Pokud dělá člověk u Packhelp objednávku poprvé, je to trošku složitější s orientací, nahráváním a vysvětlením. Člověk se hodně prokliká. Naštestí je mnoho videí na youtube a Helpdesk Vám ale hned odepíše, pošle videa a videa jak by měla být objednávka správně. Za mě 4*. Děkujeme.
We engaged with Packhelp to produce custom packaging for our brand, but the quality of the products we received was severely below expectations. After discovering that nearly 50% of the order was defective—ranging from unreadable information to misaligned prints and bleeding ink—we immediately raised these concerns. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue professionally, the process has been a source of immense frustration. Rather than taking full responsibility, Packhelp insisted that we count the faulty products ourselves—a task that should have been part of their quality control. Additionally, it became clear during the exchange that they do not directly handle production, which raised even more concerns about oversight and accountability. The customer service team was unresponsive at times, and their proposals to resolve the issue—such as either recollecting all boxes for sorting or offering vague potential refunds—were inadequate and did little to address the operational disruptions caused by the defective products. We sincerely regret choosing to work with Packhelp, as this experience has cost us valuable time and effort. We cannot recommend them to any business looking for a reliable packaging partner.
Mi hanno mandato nastro sbagliato, offrono rimborso, ritiro del prodotto errato ed uno sconto sul prossimo ordine, ci credete che mi hanno detto la chiameranno in quel giorno, mi hanno dato un numero di tracking e sono spariti senza ritirare ne rispondermi alle mail ne aggiornarmi, sembra una cosa da denuncia, non so quanto siano veritieri e seri, poi ho ordinato nastro e sacchetti, nastro vuoto senza personalizzazione anche se me l'avevano fatta aggiungere, e sacchetti con il design che hanno modificato, cambiando un po le tonalità dei colori...
