High quality and stunning replica lightsaber

The Zelda Saber (or Shadow Sealer) is another high quality Neosabers lightsaber! The sword’s handle, hilt, and crossguard is made of metal giving it both weight and durability. The blade itself is also durable and emits light without any issues. App connectivity is also seamless, simple to use, and user-friendly. One issue (that was promptly resolved by Neosabers wonderful customer service) is the hilt of the saber’s handle is where the battery is to recharge it and it was very tight at first. You really have to twist it hard counter-clockwise to loosen it and then it’ll be easier everytime afterwards. Note: DO NOT twist the handle of the Zelda Saber as you will not be able to remove the battery that way. But regardless of that one thing, the saber performs perfectly and is an incredible addition to any Zelda collector’s collection!

My Darth Vader lightsaber came with the wrong button screw and parts of it were unthreaded my ob1 lightsaber had multiple issues with lighting the day after I unboxed it it stopped lighting up and the core started smoking it took multiple tries and an extended period of time for replacements parts to come and the customer service is slow

I’m sure their products are great but customer service and timeliness is not there yet

I’m sure their products are great, but the customer service issue of timeliness and accuracy in the delays in shipping, I ordered a month before Halloween and still haven’t heard about it, which means if I order now from a different seller it might be too late just not impressed when we have seen much better from other similar companies and I’m pretty sure a lot of these companies possibly use similar, if not the same, manufacturers for these products

Didn’t give money back

They are fraud I’m in Australia and I remember I bought from them about three years ago we waited for the saber for three months and it didn’t arrive and they kept telling me to wait. Then I asked for a refund which they never gave then stopped responding. We had to file a complaint to the bank and they gave us the money back after a while.

Vengeance Saber is greatest of all

Amelia at NEO Sabers helped me through a troubleshooting issue with the Vengeance saber, it was a minor, easy to fix issue with no need for return. It actually helped me better understand the saber and I have to say I am beyond happy. The Vengeance has become my favorite saber of all time - it is the goat. A bit of weathering and it really appears as if it were a relic taken from an epic Jedi/Sith battlefield and reborn for this Force wielder. If NEO Sabers allowed, I’d like to show some photos.

Difficult to get warranty support

Purchased a lightsaber for my son; within 1 week, it stopped lighting up. This issue is supposed to be covered under warranty, but my numerous emails have gotten no response. I've responded to their sales texts to get help and I'm always told they will look it up and help me, but then they stop replying again. I would not recommend buying from them. Update: Since posting this and starting a BBB complaint, Neo Sabers quickly contacted me and worked to resolve the issue. I appreciate their support, but I'm disappointed how difficult it was to get help via emailing the address they provided. Upgraded rating to a 3 because they're finally helping.

10/10 Quality, 10/10 recovery from the team when an issue arose

After having some slight issues and something missing from an order, neosabers support team and staff reached out personally, Zach specifically, and was able to work it out with me swiftly and promptly. The quality of the sabers, but the dual sabers, and also the neopixel replica blades are absolutely phenomenal. Ive been adding new soundfonts and creating awesome videos that literally look like real duals with real lightsabers. Cannot wait to get more!

I purchased a saber it was defective…

I purchased a saber it was defective the day I got it. Eventually, they got around to responding to my email by saying they’ll send me a replacement part which I never received tracking says it was delivered, but I haven’t got it . so two months later and many calls and emails they basically say it’s my problem, not theirs. I will never purchase anything from them again and I will make sure I tell everyone to not use them either.

First time customer

I purchased my first big light saber purchase from this company, Ahsoka Tano sabers. So they were pricey! I got them in, so excited but unfortunately a wire on each had snapped causing the light to not work on both. I was SOOOOO bummed and upset. I reached out, anxious BUT they helped me and sent replacement parts. I was assigned Lisa Mitchell who was fantastic. I was a bit nervous with the shipping as it stayed in IL for like a week and I was hoping to have it in time for an event. Well, they arrived the week of, I replaced it easily (they even sent a video to help) and now have 2 functional and AMAZING sabers for an ahsoka cosplay! Floored by their service in a good way, and also the sabers are amazing. So excited to show them off and learn some cool tricks!

Decent Nexus sabers, Slower shipping

Overall, the lightsabers are your normal Nexus sabers or LGT, so the build quality is the same as anywhere else you order. They do have other, better-quality sabers, and you get a reasonable price for the saber you are getting. Definitely check out their deals and see if something there appeals. Shipping took around 2 weeks, so be prepared to wait that long. Sadly, one of the Sabers that I got came faulty, which is why this is only 4 stars. However, the customer service team was excellent and responded rather quickly. Shout-out to Lisa Mitchell, who helped get my saber fixed!

My order was not delivered. I’ve been working on getting contact from them for over a month and nothing I have called multiple times to the shipping service up to use as well as UPS and they’re unable to give me any proof of not delivery or anything or a service number they won’t give me a refund and I have been able to find the package and no help from customer service.

Saber took over two months delivery!

My saber didn't arrive for almost 2 months and at the time of writing it still hasn't arrived. Also, I am ordering the baselit core and will be building it myself anyways. As of this moment, Neo Sabers have assured me that my saber is on its way. I'm sure I will be impressed with the quality of the saber and this review will improve. The saber has not arrived yet, though.

Poor product, even worse customer service

Placed order and never got an update on it. After waiting, I emailed support with a cancel request. Support scrambled to send out the package completely ignoring my rq to cancel. After going back and forth for months the package arrived. I kept it just so I wouldn't have to deal with support again. The product arrived in a beat up box with minimal packaging to keep contents safe. Screws were loose and components were barely held together. Overall, avoid this company as it's not worth the headache.

Great costumer service.

Neo sabers has absolutely beautiful lightsabers I ordered the knightfall Anakin light saber and when I received my order, I had an additional Luke skywalker replica that came totally free with my order. My knightfall saber was unfortunately defective, but I got in touch with neo sabers and they send me a whole new core for my saber. Couldn’t be happier with this company, I will surely order more sabers coming up.. I’ve already been eying Maul’s dual saber and will look forward to to finding count Duku’s saber.

They were happy to answer the questions I had about my product and were very responsive to an issue I had with a part that needed replacing. My neopixel stopped working so I…

My neopixel stopped working so I emailed them to get some help and boy did they ever. They were super responsive with helping and my issue got fixed. I love their system of direct emails chatting to someone rather than some robot talking to me. Lisa Mitchell was the one helping me and yeah now my LSW neopixel works again because of her so. Even in the past they’ve helped me many times. Tbh best customer support I’ve ever had.

I got a great deal during the buy 1 get 2 sale. I got the Darksaber and 2 random sabers (which I really liked the designs of). Unfortunately the darksaber stopped working, so I contacted neosabers support team. Amelia helped me fix the saber with simple and easy steps. Quality matches customer service

Well, I thought a lot of the product and business for this company would be overseas and create a gap in customer service, but I was wrong! A plunger button fell out of one of my sabers and I contacted support to buy a replacement. They meticulously went thru my account and asked for pics of the saber and the exact problem. Within short order, I received two replacements free of charge. The regularly kept me up to date with email. The quality of these sabers are fantastic as is the function, and now the customer service is too. TANK and a shout out to LISA MITCHELL who took great care of me!

Thank you Neo Sabers for a awesome Grogu light saber! When I received my saber it worked great but when I took it apart to charge it I think a piece of the button broke off or stopped making contact and I couldn't get my saber to work correctly anymore. I contacted Neo Sabers and they responded almost immediately and resolved my issue unbelievablly fast, thank you so much Amelia for helping get my saber fixed so very quickly. You guys have amazing customer service, I really thought I was gonna be stuck with a faulty saber but they made sure that didn't happen and I was amazed as to how fast they shipped out a brand new part for me. An irresponsible and unprofessional company.

I am one of the customers and also a partner participating in the company's affiliate program. Despite my efforts and active participation in bringing sales to the company, I have received outstanding commissions from last year. I have sent letters requesting payment but have not received any response or payment from the company. This makes us very sad because we don't understand how a company like yours can treat its branches in this way.
