The problem is not with Lumi Bricks

The problem is not with Lumi Bricks. The problem is with the people (FedEX) you use as a carrier. I am contacting you as I haven't found a way to contact them directly. Order # LB106794, the "General Store" left you at a reasonable time, which I believe was the 19th Of Sept. It seems to have been sitting in Kansas City Mo for a week or more. I'd rather not ask for a refund, as this is not your fault. But the fact remains that I paid for something I have been given the impression I will never see. If you can, please tell me who I should contact at FedEx. Until this is resolved, I will buy nothing further from you. Most sincerely, Stan A Ellsworth

Lumibricks Is Top Notch

Lumibricks is top notch. Their orders are always delivered ahead of schedule. The builds just knock Lego out of the park every single time. I mean there's no comparison. The intricacies and attention to detail is phenomenal. Not to even mention the fact that they light up, so you get to be involved in that extra, exciting, step. The company will never get any complaints from me. Each set always comes with extra pieces, I've never had a missing piece, and there are NO stickers. All printed bricks. The value for money is out of this world. The clutch of the bricks is smooth, and I think it's worth mentioning that their brick separator is far superior to Lego. I am a customer for life.

Great customer service

Great customer service. The models are really good to build. The price to fun value is spot on with the lights being included and the specialized bricks that make hiding the wires easy.

I had a great time building the set…

I had a great time building the set especially when it was my first with lights. The instructions provided were good and easy to follow. However, I found that when repeated building on a base plate was done the whole structure upon completion was bending example the roof of the house and also the base of the house. Other than that I enjoyed myself and would like to purchase another soon.

Lumibricks > LEGO

Lumibricks in my opinion is better than LEGO! I love the lights! The cost is better and they’re just as high quality. My husband and I are definitely adding more Lumibricks to our collection!!

I highly recommend Lumibricks

I highly recommend Lumibricks. I have over 15 different sets and have never once had a missing piece, a manual error, or any wires that didn't work. The quality of the brick compares to Lego if not better. And the price cannot be beat. Shipping is super fast, and I've never had one problem with customer service. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Lumibricks has unparalleled integrity…

Lumibricks has unparalleled integrity in both their products and customer service. The building sets I've purchased through their website arrive quickly, with communication from order to delivery. In my 70 years, I never built brick sets until Lumibricks caught my eye. I now own 70 sets which my husband and I work on together. We especially love the lighting and quality of the build. I recommend Lumibricks without hesitation.

Lumibricks Packaging

I have been buying Lumibricks for the past several months ever since I found out about them. I absolutely love their product. So let me tell you about today. I got 2 sets delivered that came in a box that looked great. Opened it up though and the sets were wrapped in plastic and severly water damaged on the outside boxes for each of them. But I opened those up and the Lumibricks boxes inside were almost totally perfect. Just a little water damage to one corner on each of them. Everything inside was dry as a bone and perfect. No one ever mentions the packaging for Lumibricks but their boxes beat all. I love how they seal and they have a waxlike coating that just wipes the water away. Keep up the good work Lumibricks!!!

Warped piece and customer service experience

I ordered my first Lumibricks kit and was really impressed with packaging and manual and started building right away. On my second layer of bricks, I found a 6x8 grid that was warped and wouldn’t stay down on the bricks below it. One end or the other would stay up. I continued to build until the next day and the whole thing fell apart because of this one warped piece that was in the center of my build. I emailed Lumibricks and asked if there was a way to fix it and if not could I get a replacement piece. I emailed several times because they would reply with they needed the order number and explain what was going on. I’d reply with the info they asked for. They’d reply wanting more info. After about 6 different emails back and forth wanting new info, pictures and repeats of info from previous emails with the promise of “we’ll get this piece sent right away”, which will take up to 12 days to get the part. The emails stopped and I’ve waited 3 days and no more emails from them. Lousy customer service and I won’t be buying from them again.

I've just finished the tram and stop…

I've just finished the tram and stop which includes 2 uses for the tram itself, the carriage turns into a bar which added greatly to the final build. I find building with lumibricks a better experience than Lego due to the equivalent quality but added features like lighting and printed tiles. The price for these builds is astonishing especially as the detail and functionality is such a pleasure to build with. Give them a try and for a great budget building experience you can't fault them.

April 24, 2026

very good

very good, the delivery was fast, package was not damaged and all parts of the building was here quality is also very good overall beautiful building and i had an amazing time building it

I'm extremely disappointed

I'm extremely disappointed in my first order, and I have given this company a week to make it right, but they haven't. My first box arrived in an open used condition, which is never acceptable. After many emails, this morning I am still getting an A. I. response with is five dollars credit okay? Just send me a new product that I paid for. Credit my bank account. It's very simple. Stop using A. I. and talk to your customers!
