Although they took a long time to arrive , they are absolutely fantastic, the varifocal is spot on ,vision is so clear and the fit is the best I've had in a long time,And I worked in an opticians for 16 yrs will definitely be ordering again
I rated Lensmart ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5! As someone from South Africa, I was worried about ordering online, but my Gold/Purple-Pink Stiles glasses came out perfect. Great quality for the price. If you want affordable stylish glasses, lensmart got your back.
Definitely 5 stars! The prescription is perfect and they have a huge selection of beautiful frames! I was worried about the prescription because I've ordered progressive lenses from other places and they weren't always clear. Lensmart lenses come out perfect! Also, their customer service representative was kind, professional and able to answer all my questions.
Lensmart glasses are high quality, stylish and most importantly very affordable. Everyone keeps asking me where I got my glasses from. They got my prescription right as well.
They handled a problem with an order very professionally. I received some lovely, high-quality products within the promised timeframe.
The company reached out to me via email asking me to remove my negative review, but when I responded to negotiate a fair solution (a refund or a durable replacement for my twice-broken glasses), their customer support simply sent me the exact same automated bot-response! They refuse to honor their 365-day warranty, they keep hiding behind their "30 days policy", and they are still trying to force me to buy a third pair with a useless 25% coupon. This company is a scam, they do not care about quality, and they try to bribe customers into deleting honest reviews without actually fixing the problem. Avoid them at all costs!
Completely and utterly sold! I was worried about my prescription but its on point. I LOVE the style of the glasses I ordered (Andrea & Kelyce). I feel so fashionable. The quality and fit is great. Super affordable too.

I got the Akeyel and Alessia glasses from Lensmart. Both styles are so cute and give different vibes depending on the look I’m going for. I love having options to switch things up and add a little something extra to my outfits. Definitely loving both pairs! 💕
The delivery was exceptionally long and complicated. They said they were in route for weeks! Once arrived, they are cheap and the prescription is wrong. They are making it extremely difficult to return my glasses as well.. proceed with caution.

Personnellement, pour avoir acheté 2 paires de lunettes avec prescription je suis très déçue puisque les 2 ont une différence de -0.25 dans chaques oeils. J’avais vraiment besoin de celles ci pour cette semaine et malheureusement je tombe étourdie lorsque je les portent.. J’ai écrit à la compagnie et j’espère pouvoir me faire rembourser ou au moins avoir un dédomagement..!

Talk about making it easy to get new glasses! LenSmart has absolutely every style you can imagine and at such an affordable price so you can have a handful of styles depending on your outfit or mood! I have had a wonderful experience with both of my orders. I will definitely be ordering all of my glasses here. I do still need to try their prescription sunglasses! Customer service has been 10/10 as well!

Do not order from this company unless, you are willing to wait 21 days minimum delivery. only one attempt at delivery, then it returns to china and the 21 day loop begins again. ( i do not leave the property, delivery states no one home! only Partial Refund available! i’ve been scammed it appears

I recently received two pairs of glasses from Lensmart as part of a content collaboration, and I am genuinely impressed by the quality. Ordered on July 16th. On July 21st they tell me one of the frames was out of stock and so I selected another Style. On July 29th I realize and inform them that one number was wrong so it was an address that didn't exist - my fault. August 13rd I got two messages - one saying that it had been delivered with a picture of a door and the other saying delivery failed. I drove up and down every road that could have possibly even partially matched the shipment address I had given. I inquired and they referred me to the delivery company. I inquired multiple times over multiple days who the delivery company was and finally contacted them. Delivery company said that they would attempt to deliver it again. Then I got a message saying that after "several delivery attempts" it's been shipped back to China. I give lensmart the correct address and they inform me that some of the frames were no longer available so I selected replacement styles. By the time they would get back to me now another style was no longer available so I would replace that one. This went on and on from August 21st through September 27th. Additionally, at one point I tried to change the order to fewer pairs but at the same total cost and they would not allow it. On the 27th I asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund and they are saying they will only partially refund it despite the fact that the vast vast majority of the delay was completely on them.

It was so hard to choose just one pair of frames because the selection is HUGE and the pricing is phenomenal and the quality is top tier!!!! i love the virtual “try on” feature! Run…. don’t walk … and get a pair of glasses… or 2 or 3! Don’t be dumb… be Lensmart (wink!) and look like a million bucks! Fast shipping too!!! I’ll be ordering more!!
I made a mistake when completing my prescription sheet, but Lensmart has been amazing. They helped me sort out the correct prescription, made the new lenses, and posted them out incredibly quickly. The customer service has been fabulous, and the glasses themselves look great and are of fantastic quality.

Well first...I saved hundreds of dollars...I can't believe they sell glasses so inexpensive. My glasses both for reading and distance are beautiful and look sturdy like they'll last. They respond when contacted through messaging...that's how I did it anyway. It does take some time to receive them but it was well worth the wait. Give them a try!

Beautiful glasses and wonderful service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m so pleased with my glasses from Lensmart! I chose the ODETTE and KEIKO frames, and both are gorgeous in their own way. ODETTE has such an elegant cat-eye design, while KEIKO’s blue detailing adds a lovely pop of colour. They’re a beautiful finishing touch to my outfits!
