Learn Worlds migrated my users from teachable to their platform. The entire process was so quick. Prior to migration they went over what could and could not be migrated and were able to work with me to migrate some additional information I wanted users to be tagged with. They had constant communication prior, during, and after it was complete. Overall the process was smooth!
I have been thoroughly impressed with LearnWorlds and the level of support provided (thanks Lucca!). Support tickets were answered promptly, often within an hour, and the team was consistently responsive and knowledgeable. They were also happy to arrange video calls to help me work through the more technical aspects of setting up the website exactly as I needed. There was no unnecessary back and forth, just clear, precise guidance and effective solutions. I cannot fault the service and would highly recommend both the platform and the technical support team.

When I initiate a help request the feedback comes in a very short turnaround time. Most organizations are pretty good at this. What sets LearnWorlds apart is the follow up email - were you able to solve the problem, create the codes, etc. I spent 25 years at Dunkin Donut - I am a customer service fanatic. So kudos to LearnWorlds efforts to help end users have a great experience with your platform.

Learnworlds always has great IT support from within the platform. Called them on the phone and it rang and rang, then hung up i called back, same thing, i hung up.. within minutes my phone rang, Kate asked for support ticket #, looked into everything we found the issue and solved the problem within minutes, for LMS platforms, there is no better support than LearnWorlds.

The learnworld's team protects me from my own mistakes. I accidentally deleted a significant part of one of my courses which took months to create. They're proactive protocol to back up all data, enabled them to restore everything I had removed. I had an issues with my billing and my subscription. I emailed the Learnworlds company and had Dimitra helping me. She was not only understanding to what i needed but also extremely helpful in explaining every detail to me and answering any questions i had. I would recommend Learnworlds 1 million percent to anyone. Their response time and customer service is second to none they are seriously incredible.
The LearnWorlds Help Center has been absolutely amazing. Their team is always available, effective, proactive, and they consistently pull through with solutions whenever I need help. I don’t know much about domains, DNS records, website setup, or all the technical details behind the scenes, but they always make sure everything works properly and smoothly. But the words I want to spend here are dedicated to the support: communication is very easy and answers always prompt, simple or complex being the question. So this person Lucca, he helped me with some queries that I had on the Learnworlds platform, and his explanation and helping skills are really good. I faced no issues in navigating through the website function when he was helping me. His instructions we very clear and precise.
I was hoping selling my courses would feel a lot smoother right away, so I was a little disappointed that it took me some time to figure everything out. That said, I do like the coupons, email features, and checkout pages. Once I got used to it, it did help me sell more without needing a bunch of extra tools. 0 Reply

Getting Zapier, Stripe, and Mailchimp connected was straightforward, and it’s already saving me a ton of manual work. I did run into one small hiccup, and the support guide helped me figure it out, but I was a little frustrated waiting around while I tried to get it sorted. Excellent service, the response times were really short which resolved the problem a lot quicker. And the customer service (Dimitra) was really helpfull and understood my problem immediately and helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently.
I think LearnWorlds is the best LMS solution in the world. Anything is possible, it truly is an Ali Baba's cave. There are a lot of options for tweaking and customizing stuff, which I really like. It did get a bit confusing in a few spots, and I found myself checking the emails/receipt details to make sure I’d picked the right things. I just signed up for Learnworlds. I spent the last two days creating a course. Now all my work has completely disappeared. I contacted support and got a very prompt response but there is some issue with the program. I was never prompted to save my work. I know usually it will prompt me but it didn't. I have been on my computer all day. I have not shut it down nor closed my browser nor have I closed the many browser windows that Learnworlds has opened each time I do anything on the program. I am waiting to see if they can retrieve my work. This is a rocky beginning to our relationship. UPDATE - The work was lost but still getting lots of real person support. I appreciate the human touch. I am adding an extra star.
