First time waxing!!
First time waxing!!! I was hesitant at first but now after doing it three times I'm a huge fan. So satisfying to see so much hair removed with almost a pain free experience. The after cooling gel works like magic to calm the skin. I'm just over 50 and this worked great for me. I waxed last week and the hair hasn't even started to come back on my legs or my bikini line. The carribean creamy wax is my favorite so far. Thanks for a great product and great customer service!

Great customer service and great wax!
It took a while for the order to be processed and shipped but when I reached out for an update customer service was very helpful and kind. I ordered the monthly subscription with 4 bags as well as their whole pre and post wax skin care system. So far I have only used the Rose Signature wax and (as someone who self waxes regularly) I was initially a little worried because the wax seemed thinner and more tacky than I’m used to. However after the first pull I was amazed at how much less it hurt and that it grabbed almost all the hair in one strip! Genuinely impressive. I will say the pouches are small so people who exclusively wax should get the subscriptions with more pouches or their bigger size bags. Great first impression, I can’t wait to find my favorite wax from them.

Beginner friendly and kind to skin!
Okay, would recommend giving yourself a lot of time to get through the learning curve and be patient with yourself 😂 It is very forgiving for a beginner!! The different waxes really do make a difference for the different textures of hair. Everything smells great too! My skin is really sensitive but recovered well. I’m excited to see how my hair grows back and what the second wax will look like!!!

Well I have to say I would love for you to have a custom service call but hey beggars can’t be choosers. I did run into an issue with just receiving my product, but when I reached out them they were quick to respond and wanted to make sure I’m completely satisfied about how to resolve the problem. The perfect kit for everyone
I bought this product for myself, and ended up becoming the family waxer. It is so easy to wax men's brows, ears and other facial hair knowing I would never be able to get them to do it outside our home. Ten enthusiastic thumbs up.

Being realistic it gives you all the right tools and so many options, for the targeted area in the kit! It even tells you the different waxes you should use on your skin. I will say the kit should have all three different waxes instead of the same wax in a single kit so you can dip your toe. But it’s all beginner friendly and even to me who wants to get into beauty school lol! Loving itttt!!!
Worth It!
Before I ever bought JellyWax, I had quite a few questions, and every time I’ve commented under any of their videos, the responses I got were very helpful and so friendly!! So, after a few back and forth comments, I took the plunge and purchased a kit, and let me tell you how much I really enjoyed it!! It took a little time for me to figure out the temperature and consistency, but once I did, I was very impressed with how gentle it is on my skin but still gripping hairs. Even after purchasing, I still had more questions and have had the same wonderfully informative, helpful, and friendly responses. The wax itself is just pretty to look at once it’s all melted (please try mixing some of the colors! It’s fun!) and has a nice scent to it too! The silicone pot makes it super easy to clean up any leftover wax, and the whipped sugar scrub is so lovely on my skin as well! I highly recommend this company and their products. You won’t be disappointed!!

good for newbies
Well, waxing isn't painless. But comparatively, this wax is less painful while still being effective? I'm still a beginner so I have not gotten perfect results, and that one is on me, but I will be ordering more wax from Jelly Wax! Also, the warmer pot is great, the silicone pot is great, and the scent of the wax is not awful like some can be.

The wax warmer doesn't stay on
I originally ordered a beginner set back in August and honestly had a nice first experience using this wax. However every wax after the first the warmer would shut itself off after increasingly shorter amounts of time. The original wax warmer i received will now shut off after 1 minuet which is not nearly enough time for my wax to melt. I emailed customer service about this problem and they sent me a replacement wax warmer. I just plugged in the new one and it immediately shut off after 1 minuet. I've tried multiple different outlets and this happens no matter which one I use which leaves me to believe the warmer itself is the problem. I'm really sad about this whole mess because the wax itself is actually really great and works well but if I cant melt it enough to use then what's the point?

Doesn’t work for very course hair.
I know this product is designed for a variety of hair types. But this did not work for my very course hair on my legs and armpits. I did all the things i was supposed before waxing, exfoliating a day before and watched all the videos. But my skin got so irritated so fast.

I have been using Jelly Wax for about two years now and I have even gotten my mom and sister into it as well! All three of us suffer with crazy chin and lip hair and Jelly Wax is one of the only waxes that really gets it off. ON TOP OF THIS-- It is extremely gentle! I use the Arctic Candy beads and I rarely ever tear chunks of my skin off (something that would happen to me all the time using wax strips). This wax is perfect and a staple in my household. If you are debating buying it-- JUST DO IT.

Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition! I have enjoyed everything I get from jelly wax, and this last package was great. Not only is the wax the best I have used, but the skincare and scrubs are amazing. I am very sensitive, so having gentle skin care that is not irritating is a must and the jelly wax products are perfect. I also don't know how they do it, but the scent of the scrubs smells AMAZING and stays on me the whole next day. This was the only wax I've ever used and honestly will probably be the last just because of how bad my experience was. My armpits started literally bleeding and it was so patchy on my legs. Definitely going back to the razor.
2025 Wax Warmer Review
The product arrived incredibly fast and I was very very happy with the quality. I did a lot of research before making this decision to purchase a hard wax warmer and Jelly Wax constantly was recommended. Most of the reviews mentioned the temperature dial as a negative or neutral factor--I did not find that to be true at all. The dial felt secure and responsive. I have very sensitive skin and found the wax to be nonirritating. It took a bit of trial and error to figure out which wax worked best for my hair type and being able to make my own bundle without commiting to a monthly subscription was the best for me. The scent was not unpleasant and very mild. I would recommend this product to those who are on the fence.

I love the product. I have extremely sensitive skin and a lot of allergies. I ordered the starter kit and used it right away. After my first use, I went online and placed a subscription order for more. My one request would be that you add an unscented product. I am very scent sensitive and that is the one area of concern for me.

The wax is definitely easy to use and does its job, however I feel that the scent of the wax is a little bit aggressive and could also be one of the reasons for irritation. I would love to see a wax that has maybe aloe or tea tree oil in it.

I enjoy ordering my wax. My only issue is I wish there was an option to just order wax packets and not the sticks. As I go through the wax faster than the sticks and have a large collection of sticks. Feels wasteful to me

The whole experience was disappointing…
The whole experience was disappointing for the price I paid. I didn't get everything in my order when it first arrived. I contacted customer service and they were able to send SOME of the items missing, but I still didn't receive everything. I definitely would not recommend ordering from them with my experience.

I have ordered from this company before. I was happy with first order and in a pinch needed to get some wax from somewhere else and was not happy at all, it was apply multiple times and it still would not remove. This wax was a Apply 1 and done, for most areas. I will be ordering from here again.
Not to be dramatic but this is life-changing...
I watched the videos and read the reviews and after asking my professional waxer pal who said this looked legit, I went for it and bought the starter kit. I have always struggled with hair management as I am biracial and light skinned with very dark, coarse hair. I am also a swimmer, so I feel pressure to stay on top of my head-to-toe hair removal routines all year round, which can take up TONS of my time and lots of products. When I say that my jaw dropped after I made the first Jelly Wax pull on my leg...I COULD NOT BELIEVE how painless it was and how it grabbed EVERY HAIR at the root. I have never ordered a subscription so fast in my life. The hype is real, people. This might sound dramatic but I am not joking when I say that this is life changing for me. I recently tried the Jelly Wax starter kit, and it was a great experience! As a first-timer at home waxing, I was a bit nervous, but this kit was so user-friendly and straightforward.
