I first had to explain the problem and what I had done to solve it to the Kodee ai robot. Not the best experience. I think that when you have discussed matters with the robot for perhaps 5 minutes, you ought to be transferred to a human being. Once I got to talk to such a one - Kishan - the problem was quickly and efficiently solved. Kudos to him. Had a knowledge exceeding mine. Kishan 6 stars Kodee 2 stars

I initially had a fully functioning website. Seeking improvements, I opted to rebuild using Hostinger’s Horizons platform, which was advertised as a simple and efficient solution. However, from the outset, I encountered a fundamental issue: key website functions (including “Contact Us,” “Consult Us,” “Request Access,” and login features) failed to deliver messages to my designated email accounts. Despite repeated engagement with Hostinger’s support team, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of providing a technical fix, I was repeatedly advised to implement trial-and-error solutions that required the use of paid credits. These actions not only failed to resolve the issue but progressively worsened the website’s functionality and structure. As a result: My website is now largely non-functional (“comatose”) Core business communication channels are broken I have exhausted over 40 paid credits attempting to fix a basic configuration issue The platform’s “undo” functionality behaves unpredictably, further damaging the site No effective technical resolution or accountability has been provided by Hostinger
Amazing customer service and amazing hosting provider overall. It really has given me piece of mind knowing you can get help whenever needed, starting with an advanced ai chat bot and if a human touch is necessary, it's an immediate switch over, which is fantastic. I would highly recommend Hostinger to any small or large enterprises.

I got a virtual linux server that I have the root account and I can set it up how I want it. I popped off several subdomains running various webservers and installed certbot to handle by lets encrypt ssl certificates. The degree of control and visibility is much better than my prior experience with (more expensive) shared hosting providers.
I've been really impressed with Hostinger! When I ran into issues, their support team responded quickly and resolved everything efficiently — exactly what you want when you're relying on a hosting service. On top of that, their website is clean, intuitive, and very easy to navigate. Everything is where you'd expect it to be, which makes managing your hosting a breeze. Price for hosting is affordable , But don't buy domain from here , they will ask for pappers, company reistration, You can not buy premium or good domain on this website, okh for normal, but risky .

I’ve been using Hostinger for multiple projects and managing several accounts over time. Overall, the platform is easy to use and pricing is competitive. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. My VPS was permanently suspended due to high outgoing network traffic. While I understand the importance of maintaining platform stability, the issue here was the lack of clear technical guidance and preventive measures. I did receive alerts, but they did not provide enough detail on what exactly was causing the issue or how to properly resolve it. I made efforts to optimize my applications, but eventually the service was permanently suspended without a clear opportunity to fully fix the problem. The most concerning part was that despite having a long-term plan (2 years), no refund, credit, or adjustment was offered. I believe Hostinger can significantly improve in: * Providing clearer technical alerts * Offering temporary throttling instead of direct suspension * Supporting long-term customers with fair resolutions This experience has made me reconsider my hosting choices going forward.

Dev was very helpful and patient. They quickly understood that my domain was registered at Namecheap and helped me connect it to my Hostinger hosting by finding the correct nameservers and walking me through the next steps. The issue was resolved, and I appreciated the clear support.
