I appreciated the basic herbal safety tips, especially the reminders to check medications or existing health issues first. I’ve used a few herbal guides in the past, and this one was easy to follow, but some of the advice felt a little too general for me. I ended up looking elsewhere for more specific cautions. I started using The Herbal Academy because I wanted to get better at making simple home remedies, especially teas and salves, and I had a lot of fun with it.
