Subscription Failure
I went on subscription and five days after the 30 day supply ran out I still don’t have my next shipment. Not good business practice if your customer can’t rely on you to keep up your end of the bargain. I received your email stating my order had arrived which it has not. The shipping said it was supposed to arrive yesterday and the tracking is still showing out for delivery. Please provide proof of delivery. Also, this is an automatic subscription so lease ship accordingly.

I love love love this product.
I use the blood pressure and heart care one and it have helped my blood pressure stay normal for over a mth now. I did ask my dr before taking. She said with my meds it was ok. They taste wonderful and I recommend this to many people. Just make sure you ask dr if on meds for blood pressure.

Didn’t really feel a difference
I gave healthycell a try because the liquid packets sounded like they would be easier for my body to absorb than regular pills. I liked the idea of it, but after a few weeks, I didn’t notice much of a difference, which was a little disappointing considering the price. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the “better absorption” claims sounded stronger than what I actually felt. I didn’t have any bad side effects or anything, I just didn’t notice enough benefit to feel like I’d buy it again. 0 Reply

The site looks decent and I don’t want to write them off completely, because they might be perfectly fine for other people. But for me, I didn’t get a strong sense of trust from the brand yet. I did like that I didn’t have to take a bunch of pills every day, because that part was nice. But the taste was kind of weird, and I really didn’t notice much of a difference after using it. For the price, that’s a little ridiculous. I’m not sure I’d order it again. 0 Reply

Return took way longer than it should’ve
I ordered from healthycell.com and ended up needing to return my stuff. The return instructions weren’t super clear, so I had to email them more than once just to figure out what to do, which was kinda annoying. They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing felt slow and way too back-and-forth for no real reason. Like, I wasn’t asking for anything crazy, just a basic refund. I finally got my money back, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but i wouldn’t be hyped to order from them again 0 Reply
