I believe the product is likely great, but it took quite a few days for the charge on my credit card to switch from pending to confirmed. Plus, I’ve got to wait a long time before my item gets to me. I ordered something from you weeks back. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that my package had supposedly been delivered, but I never got it. The rep mentioned a replacement would be sent my way. Since I didn’t get the first package, I figured it must’ve been stolen. I thought there’d be a signature needed for the delivery, but nope, it was just left outside my door again. I called customer service once more and was told that since I paid extra for insurance, I’d get a full refund to my credit card. That was back in May, and here I am, still waiting. I’m planning to contact Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau, and any other organization that can help me spread the word about your shady business practices.
