It's toy not tool. Torque not real . Low speed made from low voltage not from change gear - result less torque. Not replacing battery, if battery dry need waiting for charge and if battery will be died your screwdriver need turn to garbage.
I bought 2 products, one got lost and reimbursed. I wanted the product but they refused to send it again on time. I am not buying again.
Support team was great, the X10 Nano+ is a amazing ball pump. The needle on it broke but Fanttik’s support team responded fast and offered to replace the needles.
I saw the Fanttik products at Costco and over a few months I bought the hand vacuum, laser level and the S1 Apex Screwdriver bundle. All three products have been fantastic to work with. Use the hand vacuum several times a week to keep my car spotless, used the laser level to help my son renovate 2 rooms in his home. Both worked flawlessly and still do. The screwdriver is probably my most used and favorite Fanttik tool. Unfortunately, the LED light on the screwdriver stopped working after several months which wasn’t deadly but I really valued the light when screwing things in and out. I reached out to Fanttik Customer Service via email and they were extremely responsive (within 30 hours over a weekend on Monday morning). They asked me for a receipt image and a short video showing the LED light not working. Within 24 hours they provided me a tracking number for a replacement. Within 3 business days I received the replacement and it works perfectly!!! I can not say enough good things about the Fanttik Customer Service experience and that they honored their warranty completely… Fanttik is a great company all the way around and I highly recommend them for the fast communications and fully honoring what they say… AAA+++!!!
There was an order placed at this company by someone using my email address. I’d never heard of this company prior to the fraudulent order. Since there have been several orders at different companies (that all seem to use Shopify) using different names and addresses with my email, I assume it’s some kind of scam run by the companies themselves. To be clear, none of the orders used my name, address, or credit card info. I did email all of them to cancel the orders, and some miraculously replied using my real name in the email (I did not give it to them). Maybe it’s some ploy to generate fake sales for review purposes, or to generate traffic on their websites?

Great products, easy to use. They are well made. The screens are very bright so they are easy to use in sunlight.
Everything was exactly as advertised process was simple.
My defective unit was quickly replaced with some small amount of evidence from me.
This is the second tent I bought from Fanttik and both are top quality material, construction, super easy set-up and good looking design
Ordered a pump. They took my money. They sent email stating that it was delivered to me. It was not. I immediately filed a dispute with Discover. I won’t wait months and months for a scam/ lack of customer service to play out. Buy local if you can, not Hong Kong.

I purchased the tire pump but lost the accessories. I reached out to Fanttik customer service to see if I could buy replacements. They went one better searched their warehouse and sent me the attachments at no charge by fedex. That is amazing customer service that went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company.
I enioy the Fanttik brand and have purchased 3 products so far. I know the company to make quality products that are easy to use. This is especially true for the camping products. In my case I would have appreciated more communication regarding the shipping time and updates regarding my deliveries.
I did order but my product has never been delivered. Some how FEDEX lost my package and now what should i do.
The product came just as described and in a quick turn around time. Pleased with the process and the company.

I got this product because I thought it looked pretty cool But when I got it I realized I didn't have much use for it But it's too late to return it now since I did try to use it I just don't do the type of projects that this would be good for so I kind of feel like wasted my money Not that I don't like fantic I've got four other products that they sell But this one here I probably just uh Retail therapy
I ordered Fanttik E2 Ultra Mini Electric Screwdriver and driver was useless. I contacted Fanttik customer service and they said they would not support the defective part because it was bought through eBay. I was told to contact the sellar Fanttik-0. ??? After contacting the sellar I was told a replacement part would be shipped out. That was a month and a half ago. I have been lied to 6 times over this period and still have not recieved my defective replacement part!!! This is shaping up to be a scam to get rid of devective parts. Why would the manufacter not support their product and why is there even a Fanttik-0 sellar that is not affiliated to Fanttik?????? I have all of the email / text correspondense to back this up if anyone wants to see it. Stay far away from Fanttik.
I bought this from fanttik.com, and the battery life has been disappointing. I’ve used similar products before that held a charge much longer, so I was expecting this one to perform at least around the same level. After just a short time using it, the battery starts dropping quickly, and I end up charging it way more often than I thought I would. For the price, I really expected better, so I’m not too happy with it. 0 Reply

I picked up one of their portable tire inflators, and it’s been really convenient to have around. It tucks right into the side pocket of my trunk without taking up much space, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve used it a couple times at home and once while I was out on a trip, and it saved me from having to mess with bigger tools or find help. The battery has held up well so far, and overall it just gives me a nice little sense of relief knowing it’s there when I need it 0 Reply

Not gonna lie, I really wanted to like fanttik.com, but using the site was a bit frustrating. It took me longer than expected to find the product I was looking for, and on my phone some of the pages felt cluttered. Checkout wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t feel super smooth either. Maybe the desktop version is better, but my mobile experience wasn’t great. 0 Reply
Quality products, quick delivery
Ordering directly through Fanttik was a complete failure. I placed an order for a X11 Bike Pump on April 22 and received a tracking number. After not seeing any changes to the tracking other than “label created” I contacted Fanttik customer service and got a response on April 30 saying “we’re on it, can you wait a few days”. After a week with no delivery or update I contacted customer service again and asked them to cancel the order. I received a response on May 6, again asking that I wait, this time three days, and if it doesn’t show up contact customer service for a refund. I responded that they are waiting my time and please cancel the order like I requested already. Still waiting.
Product is perfect for my needs - motorcycle travel inflator to include international travel as it meets the updated flying restrictions on battery size and it was priced right on the fanttik website.
The shipping was way slower than I expected. It kind of felt like a bait and switch because everything seemed fine when I ordered, but then the package took forever to show up. The tracking updates didn’t really tell me much either, so I was just left waiting and guessing... 0 Reply
I had an issue with the charger and support did eventually get back to me after about a day. To be fair, they were nice and they did fix the problem, so I can’t be too mad. But still... waiting around for a reply when something isn’t working is such a pain. Like, I just wanted my charger sorted, not a whole suspense storyline. I bought this from Fanttik thinking it would charge a bit faster, but it’s just okay. It does the job and it’s not painfully slow or anything, but it’s also not as quick as I was hoping after reading the product page. I remember sitting there checking it while eating a weirdly crunchy banana, which is probably why the charging time stuck in my head. Still usable, just not something that really impressed me speed-wise 0 Reply

Worst customer support and worst product for industrial use and personal use. I will never buy or recommend anyone.

My fanttik tool started acting up after a few months, so I reached out to their warranty support. I wasn’t sure if they were going to make it a hassle or try to find some reason not to cover it, but I figured it was worth asking. They did get back to me and asked for the usual stuff like order info, photos, and a short video. The replies were polite, but there were a few days between messages, which made me wonder if they were just dragging it out so I’d give up. To be fair, they did end up helping me with a replacement, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the whole process had been quicker and more upfront from the beginning. 0 Reply
Needed an additional part for my pressure washer. Reached out to customer service. Spoke with someone named Becky and she was great and responded within a timely manner. Sent out the part I needed next day.
Purchased my Fanttik vacume in Dec. It shuts off after 22 seconds. Fanttik keeps running me in circles and passing me on to a different person. S far there is no solution and they are not willing to refund my money.
I bought this from fanttik.com and it seemed fine at first, but after just a few uses it started cutting out like a total piece of junk. Super unreliable, and damn annoying. I expected it to last way longer than this. Wouldn’t buy it again. 0 Reply
I picked up the fanttik mostly because I wanted the air pump , and honestly , that part has been working well . The display is clear and the preset modes are nice because I don’t have to stand there guessing the right pressure every time . That said , a couple of the extra features feel like things I probably won’t use much . The battery life is fine , but not anything amazing . Overall , it’s definitely useful to have around , just not quite as impressive as I thought it would be for the price . 0 Reply
bought a 5100 Apex inflator. I can't get it to work. Called Fantikk customer service to get a tech to troubleshoot. Said to write them rather than to talk to a tech, Bought it at Costco. Customer service is terrible.
I used to procrastinate so very much cutting down boxes for recycling. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. Fanttik C8 Nano Cordless Electric Scissors I've used it for months now without even having to recharge! Currently at 85%, guess I better let the USB cord have its way.
Experience is great to work here. Extra income is possible here easily.
Worked well for 1 year. We used to be able to top off all 4 tires easily on one charge. After that it would only charge to 3 bars. Now it charges to 3 bars but when used immediately thereafter, it will quickly drop down to 2, and then 1 and then off, all before you can put 5 pounds of air in one tire. Will be replacing it with an Airmoto as a friend has one and LOVES it.
