Eco Worthy has a reward program, 1 point for each dollar spent. I made 2 purchases. I tried to use my points from the first purchase on the second purchase. I used 3999 points for a 3 % discount on my order, and 2000 points for a 40 dollar discount. They tell me I can only use one discount per order. They took away all the points from my account and I got neither discount. I chose the 3 % discount since I can only use one, when I contact them by email to correct the issue I think it is AI . All I get are lame answers to my concerns,and no discount. Customer service is still unacceptable.
I just received my replacement lithium 280ah battery . The warranty process from service ecoworthy was respectful they explained what to send . I recommend ecoworthy battery product and after sales service they backup there product.
Habe einen LiFepo 04 Akku 30Ah bestellt. Leider hat der Transport nicht mit GLS nit geklappt. Kam nicht an. Mir wurde der Betrag ohne Problem zurück erstattet. Sehr gute Firma. Werde gerne demnächst wieder bestellen.

Issues with both batteries and their lifpo4 charger. Batteries don't work well in parallel with their communication and even charging. Charger died one day after warranty expired and eco worthy refused to cover. Don’t waste your money on this brand.

So far, so terrible. Ordered a leisure battery which said 3-7 day delivery time. Two weeks later my order still said waiting dispatch, with zero communication from them. I emailed them only to be told the item was now on “pre-sale” whatever that means, and it would be another two week. Nowhere did it say it was pre order, and no communication from the sellers to inform me. Trying to get an answer about an exact delivery date is a nightmare, I had one email from a person, and then all other responses have been generic, and have not answered my questions, or apologised. When I have asked if the automated/generic responses are AI, I was told no, and yet they it’s a copy and paste response, not answering my questions and with no name attached. Terrible customer service, and still no leisure battery.
Hi ordered the 5 kw off grid system with the two batteries , received every thing bought the wracking system very have it inverted mounted batteries in wracking system ordered the 195 bifacial panels had a few broken got credit ,ordered some replacements one of those we broken got replacement for those wasn't you shipper finally got the nine every thing mounted but panels should be next week ,then i'am ready to flip the switches can't wait .i like ECO-WORTHY products good prices, customer service was great, no problems thank Ray

Avoid this company. My campervan Eco Worthy battery is working, but the battery monitor system (BMS) isn’t working. The lights on top of the battery don’t work properly and the app doesn’t show the right level of charge (despite the battery showing at 13.4v with multimeter. I have been arguing with them for weeks online. They are in China, so respond in the middle of the night. They made me buy a multimeter (£15) to check voltage, which I did. Voltage is fine. The BMS though shows battery as empty. Then I hired an auto electrician (£150) as I thought it was just me doing something wrong, but he checked and said the BMS is faulty. I have therefore bought a defective product and they will not replace it. They accept there is a problem with the BMS and have offered my 40% refund and to keep using the battery!! They don’t seem to understand that I rely on the monitor and app to give me correct reading while off grid. I am not going to check my battery charge with a multimeter each time I want to know the battery percentage! Wish I had went to the more reputable UK suppliers of lithium batteries. With the additional expense incurred by me I could have got an Fogstar or Roamer. PS - They will come on here and say they need my order number, when they have it and know me well as I have been dealing with them for weeks! Thanks an easy get out. I am reporting them to trading standards and potentially the police.

Ho acquistato una batteria 24v 100a. Dopo un mese ha smesso di funzionare. Mi hanno fatto acquistare il loro carica batteria perché mi hanno detto che problema della carica, ho speso altri soldi, dopo passate due settimane perché rispondo a scoppio ritardato e avermi fatto fare delle prove finalmente capiscono che la batteria è davvero difettosa, ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto la sostituzione. Non lo consiglio a nessuno, pessima assistenza. È trovano tutti i modi per farti spendere altri soldi. Prodotti da evitare!!!
Seit 4 Wochen telefoniere ich dem Support hinterher. Widersprüchliche Aussagen und falsche Versprechungen. Das Gerät funktioniert nicht. Heute werden mir die Servicezeiten mitgeteilt und versprochen man melde sich wenn ich das Problem benenne. Hab ich vor 4 Wochen schon gemacht.

Build quality is simply excellent, one of the couriers used "Evri" is rubbish they failed to deliver however Eco-Worthy Customer service stepped in and took ownership of the problem and a new courier found and delivered missing item. cannot fault Eco-Worthy to me what really matters if you have any problem is getting it resolved and Eco-Worthy fixed the problem, this seller is a KEEPER! 5 STARS
Ich habe bereits mehrfach Produkte dieses Herstellers gekauft und war mit der Qualität der Produkte grundsätzlich immer zufrieden. Leider sieht es beim Kundenservice ganz anders aus. Insbesondere bei Retouren oder Reklamationen habe ich inzwischen mehrfach sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Bereits dreimal hatte ich den Fall, dass auf meine Anfrage zur Rücksendung entweder gar nicht reagiert wurde oder ich keine Information dazu erhalten habe, wohin ich die Ware zurückschicken soll. Einfach auf eigene Faust etwas zu versenden, insbesondere bei einem höherpreisigen Produkt, möchte ich natürlich auch nicht. Aktuell habe ich erneut ein Problem mit einem nicht gerade günstigen Produkt – und leider wiederholt sich genau das gleiche Spiel. Keine vernünftige Rückmeldung und keine klare Abwicklung der Retoure. Dadurch entsteht bei mir mittlerweile leider der Eindruck, dass Retouren bzw. die Rücknahme defekter Ware möglichst vermieden werden sollen. Das ist besonders schade, weil ich mit den Produkten selbst durchaus zufrieden bin. **Mein Fazit:** Die Produkte kann ich grundsätzlich empfehlen, den Kundenservice und insbesondere die Abwicklung von Retouren leider definitiv nicht. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.
Compré una placa solar portátil flexible y por error de la plataforma lo recibí aún siendo no autorizado el pago. Solicite la cancelación del pedido antes de recibirla y sin así recibí dos, con un precio total de 169€ cada una. Ahora me piden que asuma los gastos de envío de la devolución ya que contaba finalmente con el producto dado los problemas de la tramitación tanto de la compra como de la cancelación del pedido. No estoy dispuesta a asumir 40€ mínimo de devolución y no se hacen responsables. Una vergüenza. Igualmente el producto no cumple con el rendimiento que se comenta en día no muy soleado. Para nada lo recomiendo.

⭐ ONE STAR — I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD My experience with Eco-Worthy has been an absolute nightmare. I spent approximately $5,500 on batteries that I NEVER RECEIVED. Before I placed the order, I specifically contacted Eco-Worthy to make sure they could deliver all the way to my door, including down dirt roads. I explained the delivery situation BEFORE handing them thousands of dollars. I was assured they could do it. I even paid EXTRA for expedited, “worry-free,” to-my-door delivery. Then the delivery date started changing. And changing. And changing. The batteries never arrived. Eventually, Eco-Worthy agreed to refund my money. That was THREE WEEKS AGO. Still no refund. Now I’m being ignored. At this point it has been approximately 45 DAYS since I purchased these batteries. Eco-Worthy advertises a 30-day worry-free / no-questions-asked return or refund policy, yet somehow I am still fighting to get back $5,500 for batteries I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED. Let me make that part very clear: I AM NOT TRYING TO RETURN BATTERIES. I NEVER RECEIVED THE BATTERIES. They took roughly $5,500 from me, failed to provide the product, promised me a refund, and weeks later I still don't have my money back. So much for “worry-free.” The only thing I have received from this purchase is 45 days of stress, changing delivery dates, broken promises, and now silence. For a company selling expensive solar equipment that people depend on for their homes and power systems, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Eco-Worthy: where exactly is my $5,500?

All purchasing was performed online along with invoice processing and shipment notifications. Tracking also was online and notifications came regularly to update me on order shipment. Delivery was on time and placed in the box as designated.
I bought an Eco-Worthy 150Ah Lifepo Battery from this company on June 17, 2025 from their Ebay store. The battery was defective when I got it on June 26, 2025. I requested a refund and instead they offered to send me a 20 am charger to "wake up the battery". So I canceled the refund and had the charger they sent, "wake up the battery". However, everytime I would go to use the battery on my RV and have it at a 100% charge, it would work to about 90 to 95% and the next thing I knew, it would crash down to 0% and pop my outside RV fuse box. This happened over and over so I pulled the RV from my RV and bought another battery in November 2025 from Aliexpress. The Aliexpress battery from the same company worked perfectly. I decided to retry the Ebay battery on my RV this past week only to find out it did the exact same thing. Full charge and then at some point, crashed down to 0% and popped my outside RV fuse. At this point, it would only charge if I used the Eco-Worthy 20am battery charger. I disconnected the battery from my RV and called Eco-Worthy to file a claim on their 3 year Warranty. Eco-Worthy Customer Service sent me to Ebay Message system for the Warranty claim. For the last 5 days, I have been going back and forth with their Warranty Claim people who want me the jump through hoops with their outlandish requests including buying a multimeter, hiring someone to read the voltage and take pictures of the battery with the voltage meter on it. I have told them repeatedly, I have the original packing materials and for them to provide me a paid return labels. They have not provided me a paid return label and have not even addressed my request to return the item. Yesterday, I filed a dispute at my credit card company for Eco-Worthy's unwillingness to fulfill their 3 year Warranty on the product. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ECO-WORTHY FROM THEIR EBAY STORE. I own many Eco-Worthy solar panels and another battery but now will NEVER buy any of their products from their Ebay Store!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

The product seems to be great, ordering was easy and shipment went well. My only complaint is related to the manual and operating instructions. These are not easy to understand. Though some of the manual can understandably be complicated, there should be a one page, easy to understand, written by someone fluent in English (for the English version) with picture references on how to operate and charge the battery. Now that I've done it, it's quite easy, but the manual makes it seem complicated.
I choose eco worthy as it has a very goood customer service relations, infact my 200w solar which i purchashed a year sgo has stopped working for some reason and they kindly offer me to replace a new one. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I ordered a complete system to convert my Motorhome to 240 V. Everything arrived quickly and well packaged. There was a fault with the inverter. I contacted customer services and had a prompt reply saying they would replace the unit, the same day we were informed the unit was out of stock and would I want a refund. I opted for a refund which was immediately credited to my bank account. I cannot fault the communication and the excellent customer service from Eco worthy. Thank you.

Nothing but good reviews. All packages delivered with out issue. All component worked as described, except one of the inverters. After I described the problem, it was promptly replaced. Have been using the system for six months now. Excellent performance. Just received more upgrades. I highly recommend this product.

Delivery was fairly fast. Battery replaced 10 golf car batteries. This 314ah battery blows the 10 lead acid away. I am using this battery for oir camp. W r have 8 100 watt solar panels with 2, 40 amp charge controllers and a 2000 watt inverter charger. Only been installed 3 days but works great.

Eco-Worthy-DE wirbt bei Ebay mit super schnellen Lieferzeiten (in meinem Fall) 1-3 Werktage für ein Balkonkraftwerk. Ja, die Kabel kamen tatsächlich nach einer knappen Woche an, jedoch ... Nach mehr als vier Wochen und mehreren Nachrichten mit dem Verkäufer ist die Lieferung des Speichers und der Solarplatten immer noch nicht angekommen. Der durchaus sehr freundliche Support macht Zusagen, die mehrfach bis jetzt nicht eingehalten worden sind. Ebay Käuferschutz ist eingeschaltet und ich hoffe, dass ich eine Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises zügig erhalte. Leider ein Reinfall!
