I purchased human hair passion twist

I purchased human hair passion twist, when I took it to my beautician to have it crochet in my hair, she stated it was kinky twist, not passion twist. Also, it appears it's not really human hair. When I washed it, black dye washed out, and the hair doesn't respond to new hair color. However, my beautician made it work, but I will never purchase it again. The hair type is too kinky and dark for human hair.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

I purchased #350 Ginger Deep Wave human hair in June to save for my braiding appointment in August 2026. When my braider went to install it, she pointed out it was actually a loose wave, not deep wave. On top of that, the quality is completely unacceptable. The hair sheds a lot, and the ginger color completely ran until it looks almost blonde. It is so badly overprocessed that it is completely dry, brittle, and breaking off no matter what product I use.I contacted customer service and sent them explicit pictures, proof of my order, and my appointment verification. Even after seeing the proof, they completely dismissed me. They insisted it was deep wave, claimed I couldn't do anything because I ordered it a couple of months ago, and offered a measly $15 credit. To make matters worse, they falsely accused me of having previously used the hair—which I had never touched! Unprofessional, dishonest, and terrible product quality. Avoid this company at all costs.

Not What I ordered

I ordered double-drawn 18inch hair. I have 18inch hair at home and this hair looks to be 12 to 14 inches. The hair sheds a great deal and doesn't appear to be double drawn. This is not what I ordered. Fortunately, I was able to use it and it doesn't look bad. For future reference, please double check the hair regardless of how the pkg that the hair comes in is labeled. Wonderful hair

Wonderful hair. Quick delivery. I ordered 20 inch deep wave crotchet hair and used it for boho braids and they came out wonderful. Washed the hair multiple times during install and they bounced back every time. Minimal shedding practically zero tangling, if it did tangle, it was easy to brush out. Recently took them out and revived the hair and plan to use it for a second install for a different hair style. 100% recommend :-).

Terrible experience

Please read before you buy from this company. I saw so many influencers talking about this hair and decided to give it a try. I bought 6 bundles of loose deep wave in #4/27/30 — $300 — sold on the promise that it would last and be reusable. I paid another $100+ to have it installed. The first days it was beautiful. Soft, no tangling. Then I washed it once, and whatever coating was on it came off and the real condition of the hair showed. Dry, the curl pattern collapsed, and it tangled worse than synthetic. It matted within minutes of just sitting still. I've used human hair extensions before. This is not how human hair behaves. Good hair lasts months through normal wear, normal washing, even heat styling — and you can take it out and reinstall it. That's the whole point of paying for human hair. From what I've learned since, this is either badly over-processed hair — #4/27/30 means bleaching and dyeing, plus a chemical curl process on top, so three rounds of damage before it reaches you — or it's mixed hair where the strands run in different directions instead of all root-to-tip. When the cuticles face opposite ways they catch on each other constantly, which is exactly the matting I got. A silicone coating hides both problems until the first wash. Then it's gone and you see what you actually bought. I spent more money trying to save it — Olaplex, masks, leave-ins, oils, serums. Nothing worked. I had to take it out and throw it away. One week. Customer service sent me 2 bundles of a different hair as compensation. I paid for 6. You can't do a full head with 2, so to braid my hair again I have to buy more hair anyway. No refund. So: $300 on hair, $100+ on install, more on products, and nothing to show for it. Just being honest so someone else doesn't do the same.

The look of this crochet hair is…Amazing 😍

The look of this crochet hair is beautiful. The curls have a lot of volume and give the hair a soft, romantic look. It does require more upkeep than straight crochet styles, especially if you want the curls to stay defined. Finger-combing works better for me than brushing, and mousse helps bring the curls back. I also protect it at night with a loose ponytail and scarf. For the look alone, I would definitely wear this style again.

10 out of 10 Hair!

This is my first time purchasing from Eayon Hair, but it certainly won’t be my last! I purchased the Burmese curly crochet hair for BoHo braids and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair since installing! I was expecting this hair to be quite a bit of work with regards to maintaining but a good spray bottle and a curly brush is all I need to refresh and have my curls popping each morning! On top of having such great quality hair the customer service is also top-tier! I’ll certainly be installing this hair again!
