This is the best Software that I have used for time tracking. I recommend it to all my clients. They do what's unheard of, and if you have 10 or fewer active users, the software is free. I'm so glad I was introduced to them so many years ago.

My experience has been mostly great
My experience has been mostly great. I love being able to simply use for clock in and outs for breaks. The scheduling feature is nice and clear. I only have issues with the permissions. For example, even though I am an admin I have still had to get individual preferences turned on. It just is a lot of work when is seems like it cold be simpler. Overall, I like this app.

Appreciate the features!
We have been using Connecteam for about 6 months and it works great for our small office. I love that it allows employee notes and manager notes. We use this feature when correcting timesheets for a missed punch or if the clock-in/clock-out is outside the "normal" schedule. I love that it tracks PTO and Holidays separately. Also the customer service is fantastic.

Connecteam has helped our construction business tremendously. Scheduling has become much easier to manage, and the improved timekeeping features have made it easier to track employees in the field. We are also better able to identify and address employees who are regularly late. Communication has improved as well. Connecteam makes it easier to send out important memos and, more importantly, know that employees have actually seen them. Overall, it has been a very helpful tool for keeping our team organized, accountable, and connected.

The Auto a sign out only works…
The Auto a sign out only works intermittently so you have no idea who is or isn't on site, apart from the wages element it is also a H&S issue not knowing who is actually on site. Then the next thing we tried is 'Schedule' which is a great feature but unless you pay extra the employees can auto approve their own holiday which is ridiculous, this is a typical subscription trap, POST REPLY FROM CONNECTEAM - as stated 'Auto clock-out is designed to clock users out based on their time on the clock, their schedule, or when they leave a worksite.' this is true, what is also true is it doesn't clock everyone out at the end of a shift so it is showing people are still on site when in actual fact they have already left which looks like over-time & also from a H&S point of view you cannot rely on the data to accurately see if anyone is still on site or not, we will have to go back to a manual signing in book for accuracy. Very disappointed

Awesome experience for our small business
The Connecteam platform is so great for my small business! It makes it so easy to manage payroll for my hourly employees, without the hassle of the old google spreadsheet I was using in the past. A task that used to take me hours, I can now complete in minutes! My team loves the ability to see their work hours on their phones and to clock in and out using the QR code. I have recommended to several of my friends. I originally had a couple of questions about set up, but the customer support was great and helped me to get things arranged exactly how I wanted them. I know this will be a solution for us as we continue to scale our business in the future. Thank you!

It's nice to have everything in one place! However, I would love to see improvements done on the training aspect of the software so we could move our training materials over to connecteam as well. Better customization, embedding, and more assignment/training term options would make this software 100% for me!
