Update to previous review....... Initially I gave them one star . This prompted them to actually read my complaint and look into the matter . In fairness to them it is down to a recent android update and is out of their control . Their contact after the bad review was very good.......but you shouldn't have to complain to get an answer
The contact process with Carpuride is a bit of a hassle, requiring proof of purchase and ownership before any response. So, if you bought the device used without the original invoice, I have some concerns... That said, I received professional and prompt after-sales service, which even included a microSD card with new firmware for my W603, which had suddenly lost navigation after a year of trouble-free use.

Where do i start. Device worked for 2 hours as I accessed wifi and Iphone - Went back into the device about 60min later, downloaded Osmand and maps got to 51%, froze, went black and nothing since. Response from Carpuride "I need to fix it by writing a file to the SD card - told them its not working and I don't have the equipment to that - We've been back and forth 5 times and still the brand new device doesn't work. Owners forum is similar and when I posted on testers facebook pages that rave on how good the device is, my post gets removed without comment - Scam product - stay clear. 13/10 Update - Carpuride now want video of device not working before replacement / refund
Excellent product and outstanding customer service. I purchased a Carpuride W602BS for my BMW R1250R and I am very satisfied with both the product and the support received. I had several technical questions regarding the integration of CarPlay, the BMW TFT, Wonder Wheel and my Cardo Packtalk Edge, and the Carpuride support team has been exceptional throughout the whole process. They replied quickly, patiently analysed my setup and provided clear, detailed instructions to help me find the best configuration. Viene tal y como se describe en la web, entrega rápida y sin ningún problema, además te resuelven las dudas inmediatamente. Lo único que cambiaría de este equipo es que la conexión a la moto fuera quitar y poner fácil la pantalla para no tener que dejarla fija con la posibilidad de que te la roben
Acabo de comprar la Carpuride en una página externa a la tienda oficial y no me funcionaba correctamente, sin embargo, me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico de Carpuride y me atendieron de lo mejor hasta solucionar el problema que era de software. Desde luego si tengo que volver a comprar algo, será con ellos directamente. Valoración 100%

I purchased a Carpuride W602BS for a BMW R1300 GS with the new "keyless" navigation mount cradle. The Carpuride worked well, except for a frequent issue where the TFT-NAV icon on the BMW dashboard would disappear and reconnect a moment later. Every time it reconnected, a distracting "NAV detected" notice popped up on the TFT display. I emailed Carpuride's service and explained the problem. They responded quickly with a solution and detailed instructions on which software modules needed updating to support the new BMW cradle. They walked me through the two-step process one email at a time. After the updates, the problem was completely solved. I have ridden around 3,200 kilometers with my Carpuride and think it is an excellent product. The W602BS is the perfect size for the BMW R1300 GS, and it has worked flawlessly (other than the now solved problem described above).

My Carpuride was not working properly, as its control kept switching back to FTF mode every minute. I contacted support and provided all the information I could, and they gave me an effective solution in no time. Problems will always exist, but as long as there are people willing to solving them, it's no problem.

It was a wonderful experience with the product purchase and after sale customer service , I had purchased a W702 Carplay its working few months, unexpected the display was dead , I approached the customer care they send the replacement screen , under the warrenty ,its fixed and became the working condition ,
I recently had an issue with my newly purchased W702 Pro, so I contacted the Carpuride support team, and they responded promptly. After a couple of attempts to follow their guidance and install software updates, they couldn't resolve the issue, so they sent me a replacement unit. Their response time and customer support were just what you would expect from a quality company. I would certainly recommend them.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Bluetooth Verbindung von meinem W702BMW .Das Gerät hat wohl seinen Namen vergessen 😉,nach ein paar E-Mails habe Ich dann um ein Software Update gebeten was mir auch sofort geschickt wurde leider ging das runterladen nicht. Nach einer weiteren Mail wurde mir eine andere Möglichkeit geschickt und siehe da das Gerät geht wieder einwandfrei. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür

Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem W602BS, welches nicht auf das Wonder-Wheel meiner GS1300ADV reagiert hat. Durch die Online Hilfe von Carpuride wurde das Problem mit Updates ins kürzester Zeit behoben. Vielen Dank nochmal !
Habe mich für das Carpuride W 602 BS Pro entschieden und den Kauf nicht bereut. Passt perfekt zur BMW R 1200 GS. Bei einem anfänglichen Problem mit dem OTA-Update hat mir der Support schnell und verständlich geholfen. Alles perfekt.
Estava com problemas na ligação ao telemóvel ao meu Carpuride W603D, desligava-se recorrentemente. Tentei instalar o update de acordo com as instruções fornecidas ao meu amigo. Quando ligava o Carpuride com o cartão não aparece nada no ecrã e não arrancava. Tentei arrancar sem nenhum cartão e também não funcionava. Deram-me o ficheiro correcto para a versão do meu equipamento, juntamente com as instruções, e ficou como novo. Bom suporte ao cliente. Obrigado.

I contacted Carpuride support regarding screen display issues on my Carpuride W701. Their technical team sent me an official firmware update file (ISPBOOOT.BIN), but provided the WRONG model file (LT-N7&901-V1.08 instead of W701). The update process failed midway due to this incompatibility, and the device was permanently bricked. It no longer turns on at all, even after trying their forced recovery instructions. Carpuride is now refusing to take responsibility, claiming the hardware is out of warranty. They destroyed a working device through their own incorrect software instructions and are only offering a discount code to force me to buy a new one. Totally unacceptable technical support. Unwilling to fix damage caused by their own team.
I have a CARPURIDE W712D since April 2026, in September the touchscreen started to have respond issues and stoped working. Contacted Carpuride support team and 5 days later I had a new screen send, including a link to get an instruction video how to change the screen and a microchip with the latest software. Exchanged a couple emails as I had some issues to restart and now all is well 😁😁😁. Greatest support team I ever had with a product 👍👍👍👍👍. Thanks a lot 🤩

1년 6개월정도 사용하던 중 스마트폰을 교체 후 블루투스 끊김 문제가 발생됨. 스마트폰과 카퓨라이드의 블루투스 삭제 및 재설치, 카퓨라이드 소프트웨어 공장초기화 까지 해봤으나 해결이 안되어 support@carpuride 에 도움을 요청함. 빠르게 회신이 오고 카퓨라이드의 소프트웨어 버젼을 확인 후 업데이트 파일을 자세한 설명과 함께 메일로 보내옴. 매우 빠르게 문제가 해결 되었습니다. 다시한번 감사드립니다.
Zamówiłem i zapłaciłem za towar 11 września. Do dnia dzisiejszego firma nawet nie wysłała towaru pomimo że w warunkach dostaw maja wysyłkę w 3 dni od zamówienia , Zamówienie CAR154559 - na moje monity dostaje info że zorganizujemy przesyłkę możliwie jak najszybciej . PO interwencji towar dojechał . Dziękuję
De Carpuride W702 plus besteld levering vrij snel voor een test achter de 12 voeding uit de doos, zag ik dat het display niet goed is, een groene waas rechter boven hoe en helder licht doorlatend met een vlek in scherm duidelijk zichtbaar. Gerantie gevalletje denk je niet dus en schepen je af met 30 dollar als compensatie. Volgens carpuride had ik de schroeven tijdens het monteren te strak aangedraaid wat dus niet het geval is maar de werking volgens Carpuride niet beinvloed. Op die manier schepen ze je af. Foto´s alles mee gestuurd van probleem duidelijk zichtbaar dat scherm defect is, Ben niet akkoord gegaan met hun voorstel en accepteer dat niet, het is nu afwachten waar ze nu mee komen. heb op 21-09-2026 de mail ontvangen van carpuride, en wachten af.
After changing my motobike there was another cradle and the whonder wheel didn´t work. But Carpuride has a great service and after 2 updates, which were very goog described, my whonder wheel works again. Answering time was very quickly. Thanks a lot
