Filtering Lists is too difficult for breezy...
Breezy is this one tool in my work life that manages to upset me every time I use it. And we have an ERP system that is really crappy. Basic functionality does not work. Filtering seems very difficult for them. Want to filter by "Assignee" => NOT WORKING. Since today I have a bug where the Status of a candidate is different in the filter list, than in reality. If I traverse through candidates and change their status - which might influence the filtered list - the list breaks. So basically breezy is not capable to handle a really simple grid in their web app...

Very difficult for a new recruiter to setup and get working. No account manager to help. Wasted most of a 14 day trial so far and have yet to get the first ad posted. Very, very frustrated and disappointed.

I waited 10 days for Breezy HR to…
I waited 10 days for Breezy HR to activate my account and post my job to job sites. They were completely unresponsive during this time. In that period, I could have hired multiple candidates using another platform. I’m closing my account and switching to Workable. Would not recommend.

Horrible!!!
We posted six open positions and after a full week, we received zero resumes. Customer service was unhelpful — first they told us to wait for Indeed integration, then later blamed our job descriptions and said our company “is not famous.” When I requested to cancel the subscription, they only issued a partial refund. I will never use BreezyHR again. All HR professionals should be aware — this service wastes your time and money.

Awful customer service and awful onboarding
Awful customer service. And really terrible onboarding. The way they interrogated our company like we’re would-be criminals, just so we could be allowed to post a job, was particularly concerning.

Maybe all HR Tools are really bad. We are a software company and if we would deliver this quality of an app, we would be out of business faster than you have to go to the toilet after a bad taco Tuesday. We have complained about BASIC features failing constantly for month or rather years now and NOTHING HAPPENS. Want to use the "next candidate feature" in your filtered list? NO, get some randomly sorted and skipped over shit. You want to see who is assigned to you specifically? NO! You simply cannot use the drop down choosing the names, because it is blank. You want to see your filter results? MAYBE. Around 20% of the time, it does not load any candidates. And all of this (and many more) paired with the performance of my first ever written piece of code and the UI made in the 2000s. So if you evaluate HR tools - definitely look further!

Just terrible service. The support team simply said that I couldn't use the service. When I asked why, they said they couldn't disclose it, and then they just blocked me.

Account Disabled, No Reason?
We are a small business looking for an ATS to assist in the hiring process. Breezy HR looked great, and tested well. We were almost done with our trial and attempting to verify our account when Tyler in customer service informed us that they had disabled our account and there was nothing we could do about it and no explanation. We didn't have a chance to export any of our data and were in the middle of a hiring process. Just a very confusing and odd experience overall. Maybe we are too small of a business? Not sure.

Terrible customer service and they wont help you.. They just deny you getting approved for there service with no reason behind it and then delete your account. Nobody to talk to and honestly a terrible experience

Searched for an affordable recruiting tool, found it with Breezy
What do you like best about Breezy HR? Pricing is in a range that makes sense, easy to integrate, posting to many job boards, the team accepted the product quickly, lot of candidates applying, easy to manage candidates and very customizable, What do you dislike about Breezy HR? Some integration are not 100%, but they continuesly working on improving the product. Overall not much to complain, get the Job done we ittented it for. What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you? We managed al our candidates over Excel and PDF files, what was very time consuming and error prone. Now it is much more organized and follow up with candidates are not mised anymore.

What do you like best about Breezy HR? Keeping candidate, feedback, position and reporting information in one place is amazing! And the Chat function is great! What do you dislike about Breezy HR? Just a few things... 1. Can't change the time of an interview (manager cannot propose a new time) - must cancel and send new link. 2. Cannot unsend emails - should use the delay function 3. For reporting interviews - the system picks up the date interviews are scheduled, rather than the date the interview happens. This makes a difference when the month changes. 4. For reporting "Hires" - If you drag a candidate to "Hired" accidentally, there is no way to remove from reporting (graphs & tables). If you export the reports (to make pivot tables or more complex reporting), you can apparently adjust the incorrect number. I just use the simple tables and graphs provided in Breezy though. What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to track interviews and candidates on spreadsheets. It was terrible! Breezy HR keeps everything organized and is easy to use. My co-worker can go into Breezy HR and know exactly what is happening with a position.

What do you like best about Breezy HR? As a daily user, there are so many fantastic features about BreezyHR, but I most enjoy seeing a visual candidate pipeline on all open requisitions, the ability to easily communicate and schedule meetings with candidates through an Outlook integration, the reporting functionality, and the price is fantastic for the features offered compared to many of the applicant tracking systems I resarched prior to deciding to implement BreezyHR. They also offer match scoring now which really helps shortlist your top candidate matches based on the job ad posted for the role. I started with their bootstrap (FREE!) version before moving forward with purchasing and I was able to start using the system the same day without losing any candidate data when we moved to the paid version. Their customer support is top notch - if I ever have a question, they are just a message away. What do you dislike about Breezy HR? I can't think of anything that I dislike about BreezyHR. They have a great forum where you can suggest features and they make frequent updates based on user feedback which is greatly appreciated. What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you? BreezyHR allows me to do my job more efficiently and effectively. I can easily move candidates from stage to stage as they progress through in the interview process, create templates and automations, add screening questions related to location and relevant experience - the list goes on!

Friendly and easy to use candidates and job management system
What do you like best about Breezy HR? First, the user experience is straightforward and appealing. The system reads and analyses the resumes and gets a very good cleanup and formatting of the data. It supports multiple positions and candidates, and you can customize the workflow per position. Automatic publishing for your positions in multiple job boards including LinkedIn and Indeed. Built-in mail/sms capabilities with nice templates that you can customize. You can assign candidates to different team members and have internal discussions within the system. I was impressed with the external recruiter portal and features that allowed us to share the position with our external recruiters and have them see the status of each candidate. Auto-mail sending is also based on workflow actions, but I haven't tried it yet. Another very important feature which I found only later in the process is the ability to set up candidate pools for future reference. What do you dislike about Breezy HR? Since most of my candidates do not provide pictures, I found the thumbnails on the cards redundant. What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you? In the past I used Excel and shared folders to manage the applicants for different positions, that method was cumbersome and we had candidates that were missed. Using Breezy we can track and manage all our company's candidates in one place where all team members can collaborate and provide feedback.

Poor analytics report; the date range for performance analytics is limited to only the last 30 days, there is no funnel graph telling how the process on each project goes, Can't have access to the API The feature to compare candidates in the same project is only for expensive plans. The integration with LinkedIn recruiter only works for Linkedin recruiter pro and should work for any LinkedIn Recruiter account. Sometime the web app works slowly. I have analytics reports for each project, but there no option to have an overview of the projects I'm working on. What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you? Follow up the recruitment process so I can know in which stage they are. Also share notes with the recruitment team is a nice feature

What do you like best about Breezy HR? I love our Breezy Rep, Reagan Clift. However, regarding the product I like how we can save a created report and build upon it. Honestly, the product is not overly complicated, which makes it user friendly. What do you dislike about Breezy HR? In the candidate's profile, you have to physically click on what roles they applied to, I would rather be able to see it visually than a hidden field you have to select to view. What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you? We need it for our OFCCP reports to be compliant.

What do you like best about Breezy HR? Definitely reduced our administrative workload for recruiting. Was easy to implement in to our recruiting process. What do you dislike about Breezy HR? The free trial had all the features of the premium version so when that trial ended and we had only the basic version of the software we were sad. What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem Breezy has solved for us is the hassle of having to check and update multiple job boards (including Indeed and our company's website). We were, by hand, transferring applicant information from these websites to a spreadsheet.
