DISASTROUS - Scam ?

Disastrous I received an email confirming that my eSIM was ready to use on my iPhone 12. I had checked my iPhone's compatibility beforehand. Yet, once I received it, my iPhone rejected it. I tried repeatedly to contact customer service—whether by phone, email, or online forms—without ever getting a single response. I would like a refund, but I assume that will never happen. I do not recommend this service, disastrous.

Data after top up used up almost instantly

I ordered 10GB for the US and first it went all well. I then wanted to top up my plan with 3GB. As soon as the initial 10GB were used up the 3GB plan got activated automatically but in a matter of 1-2min I got a notification that my data (the 3GB one) was already used up by 80% which is impossible as I wasn't using data intensive services. I contacted the customer service which was completely useless and sounded more like I was emailing with AI bots. Can't recommend this service after this incident unfortunately.

Ich habe mir eine eSIM für die Türkei…

Ich habe mir eine eSIM für die Türkei besorgt, habe alles vor installiert und als ich gelandet bin, wollte ich sie starten. Habe alles entsprechend den Anweisungen gemacht. Es hat nichts funktioniert. Ich habe über zwei Tage lang keine entsprechende Hilfe bekommen, habe eigentlich immer nur standardmäßige Bot Antworten bekommen,die in keinster Weise geholfen haben, und daher hat man mir gar nicht mehr geholfen mit dem Satz. Ich müsste mir einfach ne neue eSIM bestellen. So unterirdisch hab ich bisher noch nie erlebt, fairerweise muss ich dazu sagen, dass die andere ESim vorher für Nordzypern ganz gut funktioniert hat, aber hier für die Türkei bei sowohl die Karte als auch der Service ist absolut unterirdischer was ich je erlebt habe.

Never worked!

Never worked! No custom service. I've used an eSIM from other companies without issue. I followed their instructions, tips and their FAQ. I got no response when asking for help. Not even their AI Chatbot would respond. Tried to contact them again when I got back to the US. Still couldn't get a response from either human nor AI chatbot.

Didn't work- no customer service

I bought two esims for my trip to Hawaii. Received the email and downloaded the esims to my phone, but once in Hawaii, they did not work. We followed the directions sent, but never worked. I ordered through booking.com and they directed us to Breeze's email for a refund, but they have ghosted us. No response at all for 8 days (of this writing). We were forced to contact our carrier in Korea to enable global roaming. Do yourself a favor, understand your risks because you don't want to be in a foreign country with no access to mobile data and no way to contact the esim provider.

Trustworthy

Trustworthy, I bought but needed a refund after I realised my mobile contract included data in USA, so I didn’t actually require an eSIM. Breeze refunded me without a problem. Good experience.

Non-functioning e-SIM, no reimbursement!

Installed e-SIM in the US for a duration of two weeks' use in Germany. I was not able to get eSim to work. After numerous attempts and following instructions I gave up. Upon return to the US I requested a refund from eBreeze.com. Several weeks later & numerous emails to customer service, I am still waiting for my refund!! Next time I will install a temporary physical SIM card so I can use my cell phone in Germany/Europe!

Will use agin

Seem very competitive on prices and simple to use, so what more would you want? Anyway, the reason for the 5 Star review is that I stupidly ordered the wrong SIM. After searching for US deals on Google, I assumed the link would take me to the US SIM page. It didn't and I ended up buying a SIM for Spain. Anyway, less that one working day after contacting, they issued the refund and I purchased the correct SIM. 100% will use again.

Disgusting service

Disgusting service. I bought 2 esims as I have a new phone and my husband does too our esim was not compatible. It had listed our phones as being compatible. We tried to do it manually but we don't have that feature in our settings. I have previously purchased esims from breeze before and had no issues when I had my previous phone. I have sent 6 emails and still no refund as I am back from holiday and still don't need my esim. I sent them emails whilst in holiday and still after 2 weeks nothing. This is disgusting. I have to keep going through the stupid robot on their site and has frustrated me. I would not recommend them anymore. Save the hassle as if your phone is not compatible and it states in there list it is.. then all the best. Customer service is terrible

Cheap & Reliable eSim Packages

Cheap eSim to purchase and use abroad. The EuroLite package worked out really well for the ski trip because I needed mobile signal in Switzerland and France. I wish there is an app to track data usage because it does get used quite quickly.

I knew exactly what I was doing

I knew exactly what I was doing, as I’ve used eSIMs many times before, which made this experience even more frustrating. I was extremely disappointed with this company. I activated the eSIM using the recommended automatic settings, but despite connecting to four different local operators in Turkey, I wasn’t able to use even 1MB of data. Throughout my holiday, I felt quite vulnerable as I had no internet access at all, despite having paid for the service. Neither WhatsApp nor Google Maps worked at any point. I contacted support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I also requested a refund and didn’t receive any response.

Overprized and not dependable

Unacceptable! I purchased an e-sim (limited usage, south-east asia). Installation was smooth. It worked fine in Singapore. Hardly any connectivity in Ho Chi Min City. In the outback Australia it stopped at all. The app did not provide any information. After lots of trials and errors, I found that the first 1GB of fast internet was used up. Support not available, chatbot useless, help side did not offer any solution. I solved it by buying an Australian e-sim for about one third of the price that was charged from breeze. My summary: overprized and not dependable.

Słaby zasięg po za miastem w Meksyku

Edit: pieniądze zostały zwrócone, ale to nie to nie zmienia faktu, że Breeze nie korzysta z usług największej sieci w Meksyku Telcel, działającej również na autostradach i w miejscach dalekich od miast.To karta typowo miejska. Kupiłam kartę na Meksyk 10 GB na 30 dni. Po wylądowaniu karta działała, czasami traciła łączność, często też korzystałam z Wifi hotelowego. Po tygodniu wypłynęłam na rejs nurkowy i po powrocie na ląd karta straciła łączność z siecią. Nie jest łatwo skontaktować się z pomocą techniczną. Po rozmowie z bootem ten przekierował mnie na korespondencję mailową. To też był boot ale poprosił o scany ustawień. Wysłałam i na tym pomoc się zakończyła. Mailowo wystąpiłam o zwrot pieniędzy. Breeze po prostu milczy. Nie mam od nich ani netu ani pieniędzy. W mojej lokalizacji sieci są i to kilka, jestem e La Ventana, hotelowy internet pracuje w 5G, nadajniki stoją 500m ode mnie. Telefon daje komunikat brak połączenia z siecią. Odradzam, zostaniecie bez netu, map, pomocy wtedy gdy będzie potrzebny i Breeze was zlekceważy. Breeze jest rekomendowany przez booking.com. I tylko dlatego zdecydowałam się na tego dostawcę. Mój błąd.

10GB data in Spain for £8.10 with a slight discount code. Absolute bargain, worked fine (As well as any other travel eSim I've used). 5G, 4G and 3G at times. No real issues what so ever (You can't be connected absolutely everywhere when you're out in the middle of nowhere can you) Easy to "Install" I just wish the email confirmation email you receive would state the amount you've paid and the length its valid for and not just the amount of data you've purchased.

False promises

They sell you an ESIM pretending it’s on the top network of your destination. In reality you cannot connect to this network and are stuck on cheapest one. Just a bunch of false promises. So disappointed.

Check reception before you buy - Verizon

Ordering and installation were simple enough but for the entire week my eSIM refused to work and had ZERO reception on Verizon. Trying to resolve anything on the website is a joke and I feel like I've just wasted money.

Unreliable coverage/service

Unreliable. Stopped working after one day of seven in Mexico. Contacted customer support and they went through a number of procedures but still didn't work - asking me to change apn settings etc. Asked for a refund and purchased a more reliable esim from Saily. No messing around with any settings on the phone - just works as it should do.

esim von Breez NUR für "UNLOCKED DEVICES"!

Habe zwei eSIM von Breeze gekauft, für Thailand, dies wurde von Bookin.com beworben. Leider aber übersehen, dass das Handy entsperrt sein muss. Das wird zwar vermerkt, aber man kann es leicht überlesen. Unlocked Telefone sind ja nicht unbedingt die Ausnahme, daher sollte diese Voraussetzung doch klarer angegeben sein, z.B. nochmal im Bestellvorgang! ++++++++++++ "Breeze eSIM-Karten erfordern zwingend ein offenes Smartphone (ohne SIM-Lock/Netzbetreibersperre). Die reinen Daten-eSIMs funktionieren nur auf Geräten, die eSIM-fähig sind und keine aktiven SIM-Beschränkungen (Carrier Lock) aufweisen. " +++++++++++++ Daher war der Kauf ein "Reinfall"!
