This is my 4th order from BloomChic. I am a short, round, senior. I have very large upper arms making most sleeves impossible. Buying clothes has been a nightmare until I tried BloomChic. I have had only one pair of jeans not fit unfortunately I had washed them first, so they are not returnable. Every top and dress have been spectacular! I do sew a bit, so my first order was a bit too big, so a few tucks and embellishments made everything perfect. Delivery is pretty good, realizing some items have to come from farther distances, but the clothing is worth the wait! All have laundered wonderfully. I receive MANY compliments on the style and quality. I think you have a VERY satisfied customer right here!

Your return policy was way too complicated and took forever. I was never given a chance to talk to a person. I had to drive a long way to return the product. I have a local place that does all my returns but does not handle your "Happy" return or whatever it is called. It's really too bad because I loved the product. I am an elderly woman and some of the "technical" dealings were just too hard.

Order Quality
I like the look of the dresses. Unfortunately the more I order from this site, the more I wonder if there is any quality control. I now have 4 of same dresses (supposedly the same) in different colors. The green one is my favorite, because it fits well without being overly tight. Versus the pink one that is the same size and is much tighter and is textured differently. I would say half the stuff I’ve ordered hasn’t fit right regardless of the size guide.

The last delivery was so swift. It was a great transaction. The one before was a nightmare but customer service handled up on it ands cancelled the order, refunded new and helped new with a disc on the next order to fill what was cancelled.

Growing disappointment.
I do like the dresses I have bought and learned to double check the fabric. My issue continues to be shipping. For some reason it has always taken about a month to receive my purchase. This time if I paid an extra $3.99 I could get 4 items within 4/5 days, which I did. Basically I feel that Bloom Chic is taking advantage of the shipping process as it is obvious all alone I could have received my items in much less than the month. Things like this combined with a reduction in quality and the bizarre decision to line cotton and rayon with polyester, are reasons why I have not ordered more items and am reconsidering any orders.

Sizing is right on target. Usually pieces are better than pictured. Shipping can be different if coming from overseas…takes a bit longer. “Quick ship” is available for items already in the US and if bundled together can take shorter times.

BloomChic has some nice clothing and for the most part is stylish and comfortable. Out of all the items I purchased they’re only a few items that I’m not crazy about.
