First time ordering from this company and the hair is amazing. It bounces and the wig customization makes it easy to install. My order came within the week. I believe I ordered it on a Sunday and received it by the end if the week. Customer service is fast with responding to my questions and very polite. Overall experience was great.

I am extremely pleased with my wig from Amanda Hair! The quality exceeded my expectations. The hair is soft, silky, and not too heavy for my summer here in Florida. It arrived beautifully packaged and was ready to wear with minimal styling. The density is perfect 300%, and there was very little shedding. I also love how comfortable the wig feels throughout the day. It's 26 inches long, and the color is exactly what was advertised. The only problem for me is that I should have ordered a longer length.

Buyer Beware …pay attention to the bad reviews!!!! I will never buy or recommend this company, I attempted to purchase a wig from this company (was very excited initially) they advertised as if when you purchased the product it was already ready (created) and all they had to do was just ship it out , the website also advertised that they can do 24 hour fast shipping. Long story short I placed my order on August 5th and never received any updates that the wig was shipped so on August 10 th I reached out and was told that because my wig has color it’s going to take 10 to 14 days to complete the wig and another 3 to 5 business days for shipping (unbelievable) I’ve never had to wait this long for a product with color from other companies!! If you put a product on your website as “ in stock” it better be already prepared!!! I expressed that I was going on vacation in a few days and was assured they would expedite it to me (so I gave them the opportunity to get it right) , August 12th (Wednesday) a few days before my vacation and I still hadn’t received any new updates and the wig still hadn’t moved so I reached out to cancel , I was told I would get a refund in 3 business days (never received) so I reached out on August 18th inquiring where it was , they sent some bs email stating they archived my messages and that I received a refund (never did ) I had to call my bank to file a claim and I contacted BBB …finally after going through all of this I received my refund but if I hadn’t they would’ve taken the money and ran… I advise you not to shop with this company and to add insult to injury they didn’t even offer any incentives for this horrible first time experience…I don’t care how beautiful the wigs look DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews for this scam of a “company”. AVOID at ALL costs. They will send you an awful wig that looks nothing like advertised. Then when you email them they go back and forth with nonsense, stalling to get you to change your mind and keep the wig. I ordered a curly colored wig that took over 2 weeks to arrive. And it was not the same curl pattern in the picture. The wig curls were horrible (fuzzy and shabby looking). It was also advertised as HD lace, it was not. I also ordered 18 inches. The wig stretched in the front was almost 14 inches and the back of the wig stretched was 10 inches. When I told them, they had the audacity to tell me that I was measuring wrong, and ignored the fact that the wig wasn’t HD and that the curls were not the curls as pictured. They went back and forth with me until I had sent them screenshots of their bad reviews here on Trust Pilot and they finally told me that I can send it back. When I asked for the return address they sent an email saying that the hair is custom-colored and does not comply with their return and exchange policy. When I simply ordered a wig thinking that it would come as is like advertised. I didn’t request color customization. This so called company is a big time scam and these people are fraudsters. STAY FAR AWAY.

I ordered a wig from them that they said had to be “custom colored” . It was supposed the be a beautiful blonde highlight wig however, it looks more like ombré. It was dark about mid way down before falling into the blonde- that’s not what highlights are. They are pieces placed throughout the entire head, not just the ends. Either, I reached out trying to send the wig bag since what was advertised is t what I received. They tried to mansplain the lighting that they used in the photo is what caused the wig to look different. Okay, so it the lighting also the reason why my highlights aren’t light blonde, they’re more honey blonde? And they’re not at the roots, just the ends? I’m not stupid. I sent 4 different emails and each was replied to with the same excuse, before they tried to offer me a $15 refund and tried to say that it was a “generous reimbursement”. The wig was $180. What’s ‘generous’ about 15 dollars? Then, went back and offered $20. All in all, I feel as if I was scammed. They won’t accept the return and I haven’t even gotten the 20 the offered to give me

very disappointed in Amanda hair, shipping times are crazy, i had to wait weeks to receive 2 wigs that were so thin you can see through them. they smelled very weird and gross. Amanda hair does NOT honor their 30 day return policy because they state the wigs were “customized” even though i did not request ANY customizations whatsoever. Now im stuck with 2 wigs that I can’t even wear because they are so thin, both of these wigs combined would not even make one bundle of hair. I ordered hair from a different company 1 week after I ordered from Amanda and I still received that order before I received my order from Amanda! poor quality, poor company, do not order from them if you actually want what you’re paying for!!!

I ordered a full 13x6 lace when the wig arrived it was a glue-less wig and there was no parting space I couldn’t even do the look I planned to do. I reached out to the company and there response was “all of our wigs are pre-cut so installation is easier” when that wasn’t listed I accepted that and asked about the parting space to which there was no response. Poor advertisement and poor customer service.
