Three days in out of a total of 30 days, so 27 to go, I give it a high rating because of initial customer service before ordering, the ease of ordering for my and my wife’s iphones, the simplicity of activating and so far no dropped connections while exploring around Tokyo.

Aways have trouble getting an internet signal on arrival to Thailand this is obviously an issue when meeting someone on arrival and needing to contact them Also in Bangkok signal was sometimes week and not reliable And had again many difficulties sending i messages to other i phones

I have been using AloSIM for a few years and mostly with no issues. Except when I go to the US , which is the country I visit most. Usually I have trouble getting the SIM started. This time was no different, but I didn't have time to wait. I needed service immediately after landing. I bought a new SIM and it worked well from the start.

A super easy way to stay connected. I've used it because someone recommended it, and what should I say. That was one of those recommendations, that actually helped... a lot! The service is good
The service is good. I’ve been using it for a couple of years mainly in Asia. The issue I’ve had with it is; as I move between countries the eSIM mess up a lot if you don’t delete the old eSIM before activation of the new one. I wish I could just turn the eSIM off and on as I move through countries. I see they now have some regional plans. They are a little expensive but it might be worth it. They do have good instructions manual and support if needed. 24/7 via the in-app Live Chat or at “support” at there web site. Support reached out to me after my review. They contained you can turn eSIMs off and on as you move between countries- I’m not sure I agree but will try again.
