AdGuard VPN - Great Product and Great Customer Support!

I have been using AdGuard VPN for over 1 year now (I bought it to replace NordVPN that was causing my PC to run slowly and also it was too expensive). I ordered a 5 year subscription and then increased it to a 10 year subscription. It is fast and is working well. I recently had a question on updates to AdGuard VPN and sent an email to their support team. In less than 1 hour I had a very quick and very good email reply from them!! Great Product and Even Better Support!!! Oh, I also use AdGuard blocker to reduce popup ads and it is working great also. I highly recommend AdGuard VPN, AdGuard, and their support team!!

I have been running AdGuard VPN on my main PC and phone for a while now. The connection stays solid, and it does not noticeably drop my internet speed during daily browsing. Had a slight configuration issue when pairing it with my old router setup, but their customer support helped me figure it out pretty quickly. Having the option to connect multiple devices on one plan is a big plus.

I recommend

Unfortunately, due to regular blocking of my favorite websites and apps, I'm forced to use a VPN regularly. It's perfect for browsing the web and using apps, but not suitable for online gaming because the connection between devices drops after a few minutes. I'm ready to keep AdGuard VPN for everyday use. Parfait pour mon pc, pas pour ma xboxone serie X

Cela fait plusieurs mois que j'utilise ADGUARD VPN. Dans l'ensemble, j'en suis satisfait; ma connexion, reste rapide. Le seul point qui me chagrine est que je ne peux pas l'utiliser pour la connexion de ma console xboxone série X (paramétrer le vpn dans les paramètres de la console), et je ne souhaite pas faire de connexion partagé via mon PC, car trop de perte de débit et d'augmentation des latences, car je suis un First person shooter player!!!

It's okay but needs Improvement…

It's okay but needs significant improvement. The main problem with Adguard VPN is the browser extension, and when you leave the VPN running on the extension and close your browser and re-open it, it takes about 3 seconds for the VPN to kick-in so any tabs already open in your browser leak your real IP, location, ISP and everything else to all of those websites, rendering the VPN pointless. The fact that it does that makes you have next to no confidence in the security of the VPN as a whole and makes me so hesitant to use Adguard VPN at all. Secondly, there is no Albania server. This is the magic server, as adverts are illegal in Albania, so YouTube is forbidden from displaying any adverts in Albania, but Adguard doesn't even offer it. There is no router integration; it would be great if they integrated with at the very least GL-Inet routers. Finally, I am not 100% sure the kill switch works because of the issue I mentioned above, so if the VPN goes down, it won't block real traffic.

Not as Good As their AdGuard Software but it works

Unfortunately the love that I have for their AdGuard App doesn't carry over to this product. I Bought a special offer when my last VPN expired and the special included a couple more licenses of AdGuard so I chose this. While i don't think it's a total waste of money. It does do a basic job for how i use VPNs, its program for the desktop is clunky the mobile causes issues so often that i just don't use it at all. there is not an app for my FireStick devices (Which really means i have to get another VPN soon since i currently have nothing to use for that) Also occasionally even though it says I'm in America in the app. I will find the browsers think I am in another country for some reason.

Overall it's a pretty good experience. Sometimes sites block AdGuard VPN locations but that happens to more VPN providers. I don't have very high internet speeds which it doesn't always reach on every location, but overall it's very useable.

Connect and disconnect

I have had great performance with the connect/disconnect easy access button to able or disable VPN if site is blocked. It's like an on-off switch to allow secured sites not added to exempt menu. I have the link icon in my bottom tray (included in startup) so log-in not required.
